My body butter just arrived today I couldn’t wait to use it! For starters, the whole ordering experience was easy, and my package came in on time. When I opened the box I was satisfied that it came packaged so carefully, even with an ice pack! No corners were cut in the product itself either. I will definitely continue ordering as I run out, this is a daily use product for me!

So 10 months in my loc journey with Ashley , my appointment was canceled because I asked why no one wore a mask. I was told the mask was not up for debate and I was refunded my deposit.. I did not have an issue with her not wearing a mask, but multiple people would be at her shop during my appointments and if they had to be there doing that time they should at least wear a mask is what I was thinking but I never got a chance to discuss this….I found another consultant, had a consultation and right off the bat she was able to see my hair was in the wrong rotation, asked me if my scalp would hurt after a retie and I said yes because it would hurt for a week or two after…I see all the great reviews and that’s lovely but I was told I should retie every 3-4 weeks because my hair was problematic, wash every 7 days, I was told to purchase loxxsett spray in which I did and I was also told bunching was my fault and I should wait a year then have loc maintenance which is separate from a retie ($150)…my new consultant also had seen this before so she was able to tell me who did my hair as some of her other clients transferred to her as well. Also, my reties would hurt, so much tension on my scalp but I guess it was only me having these issues.

My daughter and I got our hair retightened by Ashley and she was careful and communicated well with us both, was NOT boring At all. She styled my daughters hair in such a beautiful way that the next day she came back to me telling me about all the compliments she recieved. We were very happy with the services of PopnLocs.
