Ma’ava is a true artist, I originally planned on just getting one tattoo but after seeing his work on my husband, I just had to get another one. He renewed my old tattoo and transformed it into something truly beautiful and meaningful. We were there for almost 9 hrs and felt just at home – great music, great vibes, and a tattoo artist that truly listens to you. Mahalo for the memories and great piece of artwork! My family and I had a great experience at polynesian Ink. The artist we worked with Aloali’i and Thy Vu were friendly and accommodateing. We had seven people in our party all together and they went out of their way to fit everyone in with the short time we had left in our visit to Kona.The environment is clean and the artist were very professional and hygienic. I went in for a traditional piece and got more than I could have expected. Aloali’i does excellent work. All the lines are crisp and straight. He was able to do this custom design that was personal to me and fits my arm perfectly. I will definitely be back to finish the sleeve. If your in the Kona area and are looking for a tattoo I highly recommend stopping in at this shop and checking it out. I came in for some nice ink and left with a great piece of art and a couple new friends. I can’t say enough positive things about polynesian ink and the artist that work there.

Hands down my tattoo couldn’t have looked any better. Aloali’i is phenomenal, made me a sick tattoo that incorporated Samoan, Hawaiian, and Tongan tribals. Other artists don’t take the time to understand what you want and usually just wants you in and out as fast as they can. But not them. They have gifted hands and you can tell they take pride and joy in their art. Everyone was super chill, accommodating, friendly, and I recommend everyone to come here. This was my first tattoo and they honestly made me feel like I was at home. I’m going back next week for more. This place is going far in the future I can just tell. Get your tattoo now while they still can take clients. I’m telling all my friends and family to come here. I want to thank everyone at Polynesian Ink for this experience. 100/10.

He is super awesome, he’s also quiet but When it comes to his work he puts all heart into it giving you the best experience, the detail his line ups are so crisp.
