I’ve been coming to Felicia to get my hair done for over 11 years! I was 16 the first time I got my hair done at her salon and I fell in love! She is absolutely amazing and is a true professional. She will spend as much time necessary to make my hair look perfect. Felicia saves my color and knows exactly how I like my high lights done and how my layers should hang to bring out my facial features. It’s honestly so refreshing to know Felicia will always make my hair look gorgeous! I don’t go anywhere else! I would highly recommend her. She is amazing with color and will have you looking like a natural beauty!!!

Felicia is amazing! I’ve been going to her for years and I’ve never been disappointed. My color is always perfect and the highlights look so natural. I found you! 🙂 Felicia started doing my hair, years ago (>20yrs), when i was in my 20’s, in Coral Gables, Florida. She is the best colorist. She had to correct the color from years of stylists who didn’t know what they were doing. She’s only person i know who does the best blow out for very curly hair- and it Lasts! And as stated here, in another person’s review, my haircut is always complemented because they’re current-trend, yet classic- makes me look years younger and they ask me “what salon do you go to”.? I live an hour south of this salon. And i will travel it, everytime. i’m here to stay! Feliica, i found you! xo

Wish I could give 0 stars. Had bought a Groupon for this place and the owner was an absolute monster when she found out about the discount. Didn’t want to schedule me for an appointment, was arrogant and condescending. Cut my loss and didn’t end up going, because if her customer service skills are as good as her hairstyling skills, then I’m sure I would have been severely disappointed. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I received a Groupon for Polo Salon & Spa as a gift and couldn’t even make an appointment. When I called and told them I had a Groupon, the woman asked me to hang on a second and I heard her talking to someone (I assume it was the manager). The manager then got on the line and very hastily asked what I needed and I told her I had a Groupon for a haircut the next day and she responded “We don’t have any appointments at all this week for THAT!” and then she hung up on me. I waited 30 minutes later and called back as a non-groupon holder and inquired about making a hair cut appointment and the woman on the phone was so polite and said she had appointments available today and could fit me in tomorrow and the next day. I am going to report them to Groupon and get a refund and take my money elsewhere. Don’t waste your time or money at this place. I’ve received better customer service at a McDonald’s drive thru.
