Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueOver priced nails for what you get. My set was poorly filed and the nail art came out extremely messy and completely dissimilar to the reference picture. It also seems to be understaffed and overbooked for the number of staff because my nails seemed and looked rushed. Over priced nails for what you get. My set was poorly filed and the nail art came out extremely messy and completely dissimilar to the reference picture. It also seems to be understaffed and overbooked for the number of staff because my nails seemed and looked rushed. Much better places to do your nails for less in the surrounding area.

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityMy daughter had her eyebrows sculpted for the first time and Kelly did an amazing job. The appointment was on time and the staff was friendly. It was not packed at all and they managed their scheduling very well. We will be back and highly recommend for eyebrow sculpting work!

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueVery unsatisfied. I did a new acrylic set. About 3 nails crooked. She wiped nothing before I sat down. There was an extra $5 fee for covid.Design nothing like I ask for. And to top it off someone else was waxing and double dipped the stick in the wax.

Just got my nails done here, and honeslty, I loved it! Father-daughters owned and run- it’s amazing. Gel manicure for $28, can’t go wrong! Super friendly and nice! And a ton of gel colors to choose from! First time there, but certainly not my last! Only a mile away from my job!

I’ve been going to this salon for about 6 years now and they are AWESOME! I’ve ALWAYS had the best service and my nails are always done beautifully. I can’t go a day without someone complimenting me on my nails. The owner knows her stuff and provides the best customer service!!

So I would have given 2 stars but part of the issue was that I was in a rush so they had to work quickly on my manicure ($15). I had an appointment with Mylein (might be spelling it wrong – she has good reviews on Yelp). She was running behind and apologized. Her sister started my nails. They didn’t seem to care about being professional. I’m not crazy about the inside. The salon seems to cater to a certain “type” of female in the area if you get my hint.

What a horrible experience! After having an appointment scheduled, they had me sit in a chair for 25 minutes waiting for my pedicure to start. The water turned cold I was waiting so long. Finally when they started working, it was like they were in a hurry and were so rough with my cuticles I had to keep pulling my feet back. My toes were killing me after they screwed around down there. To make matters worse, I broke out into a horrible rash thanks to whatever cream they rubbed on my legs. My friend who went with me, just sent me a pic of her legs and her skin is actually peeling off (no she did not have any type of sunburn)! The water tub felt slimy like they hadn’t cleaned it in ages and they didn’t sterilize any of the tools they used during the pedicure. Awful experience. My toes still hurt from them being so rough and it’s seven hours later. Never ever going back and not recommending this place to anyone. Worst pedicure I’ve ever had.
