So as you can see this is the haircut I wanted and this is the haircut I got… I told her a inch off the top and and shave the side at a 1 in length and she said well we’ll see when I shave the sides. Unfortunately I thought they were professionals so I would get what I asked for but to my attention everyone had the same haircut when they left. I was respectful and did not say anything. Just for future advice to anyone.. If you want a specific haircut DO NOT GO THERE. Very unsatisfactory.

I went there for a haircut and the manager didnt listen to a single request that i made. Left me siting in the chair six times to help other customers and in the meantime butchered my haircut. Once i stated my dissatisfaction with the cut she then informed me of a no refund policy and ahe would be willing to try to fix it. I will personally never return to this location.

So friendly! My toddler begs to get his hair cut there. They do a fantastic job working with him. He asks a million questions and they just patiently answer him. My toddler daughter tags along with us when he gets his hair cut and they talk to her too. I have recommended them to all my family! Great family environment.
