Really frustrated and emotional because I made this appointment in advanced. I was scheduled for 6:15pm to do my nails and toes. I got there at 6pm to not be seen until 6:37pm. I didn’t ask for anyone specific when booking to not be picky, I thought everyone rendered the same skill or care! I showed my tech a picture of what I wanted and she said she can do that. All it was is pink or white base with black color tips “tuxedo” look. She rushed my nails so much since they close technically at 7 and made my nails wide and super long. Not taking her time at all. I then did bring it to her attention where she told me my nails are fat and shorter wouldn’t look good. When she saw my face she said their “wide” and can’t make them shorter or slimmer. This has never been the case before. She tempted to do the black tip and said it didn’t go well with the base coat (too light) and so I told her it’s fine to just keep my nails the base coat … there was nothing else to do. she rushed my entire appointment, my nails aren’t what I asked for, and if I was just doing a light pink I wouldn’t have done coffin shape…. left without a pedicure, and nails that aren’t what I asked for. I should have never been scheduled if there wasn’t time for both services or atleast not rushed if I waited. Price has never been an issue but the quality should match.

Use to go to this nail bar before the pademic and I was very satisfy with their service. After 2 years, I decided to go back. The first time, my nails were great but the 2nd time, they didn’t do a good job. I’m very disappointed with their service. The lady was rushing doing my nails and she didn’t took the time I deserve as a customer. For the money I paid the service should be outstanding.

I walked in because they said no appointments. I walked in the and said I needed dip and nails.. they did not say hello they told me wash hands … then the 3 ladies there started to talk and look at me and not say anything…. They made me feel very uncomfortable very rude…. After 10 min of silence they say come back another day we have none to help you… Grant you the recipe people they are completely empty except for one lady taking care of a customer.. but hey best thing that ever happened I found an amazing location just across the street brand new on Narcoossee. CALLED NOIRE the NAIL bar … outstanding… Thank you polish nail bar for being so rude and unprofessional found my new nail place

Today was the first time trying this nail salon… Very convenient location and great atmosphere… The ambient is very clean and well decorated… I don’t recall the name of the young male technician but he was very friendly and did a good job on my manicure and pedicure… Will be definitely coming back!

I’m always delighted with my nails when I go to Polished, but today was the first time I got Julia and my dip manicure is absolutely incredible. She paid such fine attention to detail, and filed and shaped them so perfectly that it looks like the world’s finest, glossiest gel manicure, with no visible bulk from the powder. Ten stars, Julia!

I’ve been coming here since I first moved to the Lake Nona area, at first it was hit or miss but the quality of the product was always great and I love the atmosphere of the salon.. Recently though it’s been nothing but perfection!! Eve did my nails last time and she did such a superb job it’s been over 2 weeks and they’re still standing strong which is unusual for me and my line of business. I will definitely keep going back and recommending that everyone does go there!
