I’m really tired of going and the doors are locked but says open and even says open on website and no notice on the door the day before or even the week before. No one telling you they will be closed No way of calling and speaking to anyone EVER and locking their doors 10 minutes early before closing.I love most of the girls but they have someone who will smoke her cigarette and finish her conversation on the phone before getting to you when you walk right past her I’m not saying this has happened once or twice but every time..she’s rude she won’t say hi how are you doing or have any idea of good lotions to use she acts rude to me every time and I go everyday I’m someone who is friendly and nice but this girl acts like she is tired everyday and hates her job. The other girls are sooo bubbly and sweet. The salon is usually pretty clean and the beds are wiped down but when that one girl is working it doesn’t even smell clean and i have had to wipe my bed down with baby wipes cause there was someone’s lotion still on it. I’m really not happy with how I pay for a month and then they don’t want to be open that day. we don’t get reimbursed for that day we missed and I’m talking about like 8 times this has happened they will say open on the doors and the light up sign says open the website will even say open then you drive and it’s not the doors are lock and I’m driving In bad weather and far too.I haven’t even had my membership for a year yet and a couple girls were not impressed or happy themselves.

Very disappointed. Hopefully you never experience a snag in your membership here. When I called to fix a misunderstanding between an employee and I, the manager was adamant that her employee was not in the wrong. I was told she would review videotapes with audio to make certain I wasn’t told one thing. After days of calling to follow up, she said she couldn’t recover the footage. I was apparently approved for a refund and was told I would receive the payment in 3-5 business days. After the 7th business that had passed with no payment, I called to ask about the transaction and also a receipt to ensure it had been completed. It’s been two days and I have not received a call back or a receipt. I will not be returning to this poor conducted business.

Well .. Today’s visit in Spanish Springs Was special… Went in to double dip… It’s broke, she’s new, I asked why? When will spray tan be fixed?? That forced her to say… Ohh Keystone has a NEW one… I’m like … Okay it’s not 3.ish.. So I’ll try check it out…. I go… Arrive .. it’s locked parking lot empty… I try to call… ..film it , film hour.. Try to reach Candice,… Manager ? Anyone?Nothing… Magically lady walks past me on stairs… goes in gets her bed… B4 me And magical new guy working on his school work?? Whatever… His own computer… I say what’s going on??? He said he left for food.. only 4 minutes I’m like well post a note man… There’s lil time clocks for glass doors and phone’s if you believe in progress…. I’ve been going to this est. Locally for 15 years…. Like… Do Better Pacific Sun Tan…. We just want to use what we paid for

Just signed up. Kaley and Jane were both very nice, funny and yet professional. Tanning bed was great and room was one of the nicest I have ever experienced in my many years of tanning.
