Very rude. I called told them and told them the time I would be there in all and she scheduled around me. And then tried to tell me that from the time I called to the time that I got there was not within 10 minutes I literally showed her my call log she was completely wrong and lied to my face and she was completely rude and utterly disrespectful and I will not be coming back and they lost a very loyal great customer who always tipped more than well. Her attitude was very distasteful and I’m sad to see that from this place

The manicure & pedicures were pretty good but it’s incredibly difficult to take more than one person here. If you’re coming with a group, be prepared that you most likely won’t be serviced at the same time, even if you make an appointment.

I ended up having to pay again to get them redone by a different servicer. Overall I spent 7 hours in a nail salon, 3 separate visits over 7 days. When I asked for a refund they told me it wasn’t their policy, to which I responded then it was my policy to inform consumers of the terrible level of service. I received an email back saying they would be telling the police I’m blackmailing them.
