Critical: QualityMy experience was not worth $50 and I wish I could get my money back. I got a fill in with gel polish not even a full week ago. The day after my gel polish was bubbling up and starting to peel. I went back and did get it fixed, however she rushed through it and a few hours later my nails were chipping and starting to peel again. I always get gel polish on my nails and never had this happen to me. My nails usually last way longer than this. My experience was not worth $50 and I wish I could get my money back. I got a fill in with gel polish not even a full week ago. The day after my gel polish was bubbling up and starting to peel. I went back and did get it fixed, however she rushed through it and a few hours later my nails were chipping and starting to peel again. I always get gel polish on my nails and never had this happen to me. My nails usually last way longer than this. I wouldn’t go back and do not recommend.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis was my 1st time here & I brought my daughter in because she wanted a specific service & design for her 12th birthday. I made an appointment for her the night before (they were closed) via their website & it was fairly easy to do so. I selected the SNS service, then it asked which artist I preferred but seeing as that I’ve never been there I didn’t know who to choose. I didn’t know who was who, or who would even be there that day. I just chose someone I’d read a few good reviews about & winged it.The next day we show up for her appointment 5 minutes early & they were very busy, as I assumed they would be at 3pm on a Sunday (hence my making the appointment).We were asked if we had an appointment (which we said yes) we were then asked to check in & wait.We waited about 30 minutes before anyone asked who & what she booked the appointment for. At that time we were told the person we had booked for wasn’t even on the schedule that day…Really it was no big deal because I was sure someone in there could do what she was wanting (I scoured the review photos before booking the appointment). So we then agreed to let someone else attempt it. We waited another 15 minutes before she was sat down. But she seemed to have a pleasant experience (she’s very shy/nervous in crowds) she said the design was exactly what she wanted & the shape was perfect. From the time she sat down to the time they finished it was almost an hour, which is completely understandable.All in all I just do wish they would figure out their online appointment scheduling issues. If we the customer have to confirm the appointment via text them so should the salon or at least the artist selected & if the person we choose is not scheduled that day we should get an alert to choose someone else or ask if it’s okay if someone else does it. *That is the ONLY reason I took off one star.*The salon itself was very clean, everyone was super friendly, & for it to be so packed they did move at a good pace. The pricing was fair & there was even a discount for paying in cash. I made an appointment for her the night before (they were closed) via their website & it was fairly easy to do so.
