In the beginning my experience here was good. I even left my rings there and they contacted me to get them back. It was just like the more I became a regular they kept changing the prices of the services I was getting. If I’m getting the same thing everytime why is my price different. I kept a receipt from my last service and showed it to her and she claims I paid for the clear gel on top of the color. I just took my money elsewhere.

Mindy did a really good job with shape and design. I did a take off then full set. She’s really good. I just noticed that every time I went back the prices went up. What started as $55 ended up being $70 with less work needed. I may not be back unless it’s for a special occasion.

I’ve been coming here every 2-3 weeks for the past year for SNS. Anne is my go-to tech every time and I always leave with beautiful nails. Jenny and all of the other staff are always so sweet and kind. It has taken me nearly 5 years to find a salon that I love so much that I’m happy to return. Platinum is my go-to! Highly recommend!

Flew home for my class reunion and decided to get SNS while home instead of waiting to return to my home salon. As soon as I returned home 3 days after getting them done, I looked at my nails and realized my left thumb had completely chipped, the right thumb, as well as the right pointer finger were cracking. Being that I work on the computer all day and am in constant communication with people I had to immediately get my nails redone as I knew if they were cracking that fast it was just a matter of time before all fingers started to chip!

Jenny blew my mind with her amazing idea to take hombre to another level when I suggested a clear glitter to go with the pink acrylic I normally get with my hombre nails !!! My nails are perfection just like the name of the salon!! Best pricing around town not to mention great service and I’m always greeted with smiles, warm welcomes and questions as to if I would like a drink. Thank you for always being an exceptional experience and a reasonable price as a complete bonus !!!
