I had Stacey a few days ago. She was not very professional and just sitting on her phone half the time and rude towards me. I asked for a full blonde but she gave me chunky highlight and look as if they’ve been growing out for months. It looks awful. She never let me totally look at my hair before being pushy to make me leave. I will not be returning.

Platinum Hair Design has a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Mary has been my stylist for 15 years. Mary keeps herself updated on styles, process and the knowledge that entails her career. She has always gone above and beyond my expectations and gives many ideas of what cut and styles that would compliment and bring out facial features if you are looking for a change in style, she also has a vast knowledge of hair products, which includes hair coloring. She has a wonderful personality and very people friendly. She has always made me feel comfortable and what you want is heard. She puts her time into you. Before venturing out on her own, Mary was at another establishment and I choose to continue with her due to her exceptional talents. While waiting for my appointment with Mary if she was working with another client, the other Independent Stylist’s have always been nothing but wonderful and polite and informed Mary that I was there for my appointment in a very timely manner. Mary has always came out to let me know she received the message that I was there as I noticed the other Independent Stylist’s give the same curiosity to their clients as well.
