Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI am still somewhat of a new client at Planet 21 Salon but cannot express how much I have enjoyed my services thus far! In December of ’18 I was looking to check out a new colorist for my blonde hair – I had spoken with and seen Baylee Wilson’s clients around the city and knew that I had to get in with her! She TRANSFORMED my blonde! I wish I had a before and after! The color was perfectly icy and so soft. She took great care in protecting the condition of my hair and made sure the shade complimented my skin tone. Since that date, I have been back frequently for color visits.. and she always recommends great teammates when it’s time for a trim. The salon is inviting and clean, the staff is friendly and they even have a snack station (bc you know how long appointments can take sometimes)! Last time I was in, I brought my laptop with me and was able to work through my appointment – even better! I typically loatheeee all maintenance appointments and stretch them out (sometimes) too far.. but now that I’ve got Baylee, I am actually sticking to routine appointments – imagine that! I am still somewhat of a new client at Planet 21 Salon but cannot express how much I have enjoyed my services thus far! In December of ’18 I was looking to check out a new colorist for my blonde hair – I had spoken with and seen Baylee Wilson’s clients around the city and knew that I had to get in with her!
