Darrell is the best!!! I was in the fire service for 22 years and just got used to having a real shot real tight Flat top haircut. I have only had 4 barbers since I started cutting my hair this way (one passed away then when I found another I liked we moved to Granbury an my Sister takes my nephew’s to Pirates den to get their haircuts and saw a gentleman get his Flat top done and she new I would love it and now I am and will remain a permanent customer to Darrell Darrell thank you so much for the service you provide. I don’t think people really understand how hard it is to find someone who knows how to properly cut a Flat top till you have a perfect one and then have to find someone new. Like I was saying in the last 25 ta 27 years I have only only had 3 barbers I would let cut my hair hopefully I’ll have Darrell around for a long time to come

This is a great location, has old-school feel. Almost felt like a kid again when my dad would take me to the barbershop. The ambience is fantastic! I will continue to get my haircut here as long as they are open.

Not been in a real barber shop in years. Stopped in today around 1330 and noticed right away the fire fighter turnout gear, helmets and motif; with the banter while I waited (which was NO issue…I enjoyed it) and immediately felt like I was in one of my father’s stations in Houston (he was a District Chief). Great cut and conversation….he definitely is a pro. I’ll definitely be back…..

Have been getting my hair cut here for almost 20 years. Perfect evey time! Outside of the exceptional service and quality of hair (and beard) cut, the thing j love about this place is its old time feel. You really are at a true barber shop! The conversation is always unpredictable and always entertaining! If you are looking for a great place to get a haircut, this is the place!

Great barber shop with a real and very good barber. It is worth the visit just to chew the fat with Darrel and all the interesting folks who come there. Darrel is the best and I have great respect for him as the longest acting Chief of the Granbury VFD. Hats off to Darrell and all the fine members of the department. You all are the salt of the earth.
