I will NEVER EVER come back to this salon!!!! All the years that I’ve been getting my nails done this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I walked in, it wasn’t to busy and i got helped like ten minutes by a male manicurist. He sat me down I told him acrylic nails and showed him a photo of what I wanted and he said okay. He was very rough with my hands when doing the acrylic. Then he says the way i want it will cost me $54 dollars!!! I was just getting acrylic and them painted, I found that ridiculous and told him okay just plain matte black he said okay $37. so as he’s doing the black I confirmed with him multiple times MATTE BLACK NOT SHINY hes said yes yes matte. I ended up walking out of that salon with glossy, shiny black nails. He said oh sorry no matte black. I was very very disappointed in my nails and how they came out that I went to another store to buy my own bottle of matte top coat that made my nails matte the way I WANTED in the first place. I highly DO NOT recommend this place for anyone to go to.

I enjoy going to Punnacle Nails. I always feel welcomed. I love Wendy!!. She does a great job and my polish lasts for two weeks! She definitely has the touch and I love her foot and hand massages.

This place was the worst for waxing. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!! they actually ripped off my skin and left me in severe pain, my face is now red blotchy and burning. They are obviously very inexperienced in this area and I would not recommend to anyone.
