I go to this salon every time for my nails and I have never been dissatisfied until today. I went in and had Tracy doing my nails, she was extremely rough and nicked me with the drill multiple times. She also stopped doing my nails to carry on a conversation with others and to look at her phone many times. My nails are fine shape wise but 4/10 butterflies are upside down and that throws off the look in my opinion. Definitely not worth the $65 I paid

I posted a picture of the burn i received from the extremely hot towel placed on my back. I originally went in for a pedicure. The employee helping me placed an extremely hot towel on my back. I immediately flinched because it was hot. I told her it was hot and it was burning me. She left it. I picked out the $56 pedicure and added $12 gel totaling to $72 with tax. The pedicure itself was a 3/5. I enjoyed the hot stones and warm towels on the legs. She didn’t really scrub or massage. The gel application was great. Overall I’d rate a 2/5 considering I got severely burnt. I had a previous bad experience here with acyrlic nails and i decided to give pinkys another shot. After this incident on 9/14 i will not be returning.

Critical: Quality, ValueMy normal nail lady was sick so decided to try this place instead. I won’t be going back. Decided to try the dip powder instead of my usual shellac as they said it would last longer and make my nails stronger. The picture included is DAY 7 after application. The shiny clear coat came off in one big chunk with the design attached to it on day 1 and then they started chipping a little everyday. My shellac I had on from a different salon lasted three times as long as this dip powder. So paid $55 for something that didn’t even last a week.Services: Dip powder, Nail art, ManicureMy normal nail lady was sick so decided to try this place instead. I won’t be going back. Very nice ladies. Many pedicure choices and very clean place. I really love that they use plastic “bags” on the pedicure bowl. Thats an extra precaution so clients dont get a nail infection. I will be back. Pedicure

Critical: QualityIm a regular at pinky’s, and unfortunately this time around was not like the other times. I got a new nail tech her name was Tracy and after multiple times of having her fix it, she continued to work on but was clearly frustrated and annoyed and kept yanking on my hand towards the end just rushed to finish my nails.

I got my nails done here, and they offer ALOT of different things. You can enjoy some wine while relaxing. The place is super clean and I love it! This is my go to place from now on. I love my nails!!

Tried the dip nails for the first time and I love it! Although My nails need done, they have definitely have not chipped or worn off. I had tips applied because of a broken nail and wanted them all the same length and they have not chipped on the sides like acrylics tend to do.

I am so disappointed. I asked for a gel pedicure and when I said I wanted the cheaper choice, tge lady got upset. She did not trim my nails, I had to ask. She didn’t file them down. She painted them the wrong color despite me asking. I came back after leaving because I found my nails weren’t fully covered. She said i could wait 30 minutes for a re-do, but i didn’t have time. She sat me on the couch and started to file. I asked for a partial refund and she pretended she didn’t speak English. I’m so upset. I don’t even want to wear sandals.
