Front check in staff is always so sweet and friendly. She offers you something to drink while you wait. My stylist is Nichole Hobbs. Prices are a little high here, but I feel the service and style is well worth the price. I highly recommend Nichole and Pinkie Couture. As with any new salon, you need to communicate what you want to achieve from you visit and make sure it is reasonable.

Inside is well done. Welcoming front staff. However, the prices are ridiculous for short haired women, and the cut I received wasn’t anything special enough to warrant the price. I’d guess they charge so much to cover the rent in that area.

My stylist was amazing she did kinda what I wanted and my hair looks cute but thinned to much and I’m not going back for a color as well as the cost was $300 for a cut and color that just seems very expensive for hair color that came out in two weeks after following stylist instructions. A little dissatisfied which is why I changed my rating.

I find much of my identity in being a redhead, so I was worried that coloring my hair would ruin that. My first appointment at Pinkie Couture was with the owner, James. After a thoughtful consultation, we decided that a red to copper ombre was the way to go. It was a subtle change but enhanced and brightened my natural color. He also took the time to explain what haircut would best compliment my face shape and patiently showed me how to style it. I left feeling like a princess.

Front staff is amazing and helpful- however overall the experience at this place is a little stuffy from the rest of the staff. Nobody is ‘overly’ friendly and it gets a little ‘gossipy’ at times. Wasn’t my favorite place – thankfully my stylist moved to another salon and i was able to take my business elsewhere.

My daughter had her hair colored red about 8 weeks ago. Yesterday she went back to change it to purple. When she woke up there was purple everywhere. Now someone who knows nothing about color panicked. And when your daughter is upset, you tend to react more. I called and they said come in and we will fix it. When we walked in Loriann and James explained everything down to the exact reasons why the color leaked. Let’s just say if you want be a beautician you will use that chemistry you swear you will never need. They also washed her hair for free to pull extra leaky color out. This my friends is superb customer service. Thanks Loriann for your sweetness and patience and James for taking the time out of your busy day to explain the leaky color in a way I could understand! We will see you in 8 weeks for another color!
