Susan and Jenna are the only two artists l swear by. They ask questions and you can tell they truly care about the health of your nails. They are gentle with the drills, gentle with the files and literally my dips last over a month and still look good. On two separate occasions I got paired with 2 other ladies because of my schedule. The first one that did my dip and almond shape on my natural nails..after 2 weeks the dip not only lifted but my nails were turning brown underneath and I had to cut my nails completely after growing them out with Susan. The second time, the lady was SO ROUGH cutting my cuticles with the drill, they were shredded and in pain and there was so much dip powder left around my nail beds with base coat all under my nail (which is like nail glue). I’ve learned the hard way. If susan isn’t present I will ONLY go to Jenna. I also suffer from hyperhydrosis and they are the only two techs I’ve EVER been to that made me feel like a person. They are incredibly kind and accommodating and never made me feel embarrassed about my condition. They care and it shows in their work. In the pics below, the white is after 4 weeks and the second pic shows that my nails haven’t been destroyed by a drill happy tech. These are my natural nails. I’ll never go to anyone else.

I absolutely love this salon Helen has been doing my nails for a few years. The salon is gorgeous, very clean and the service that the technicians offer is always professional and friendly. The moment you walk in you are greeted and immediately asked what type of service you would like. They offer an abundance of color choices for your dip, gel or other services. Thank you Helen and staff for your wonderful customer service with a smile.

Tried this new place with my sister . It’s OK. They did a fast job. But I wanted acrylic only on my toes but she used the acrylic nails. I had to take them off a few days later. My sister wasn’t too happy as her nails were dull looking. The lady asked her why she didn’t day anything while in her “chair”. With the lighting she didn’t notice. But one should never question a customer like that. And they should do what the client wants. Outside of that, the location is great. The overall ambiance is nice. Since it’s a nailbar, we thought they’d be serving a drinks as well, but that didn’t happen.

Been here three times total including visit that warrants this review. The first two times I would go to a guy named Zen, and he is very lovely. Yesterday a women did my nails and the experience was poor. I asked for an overlay fill, matte clear and to add stickers to my nails (I brought my stickers). The women did not know how to apply the stickers and because of that the stickers kept rising. The women seemed to have an attitude when I would tell her she needs to fix that. The women decided to apply regular clear to my nails after I told the women multiple times I wanted matte clear and continued to have an attitude. When I was checked out I still decided to leave a tip. Not only did she not thank me but didn’t even acknowledge me after I handed her the cash. I would happily return for ZEN only. The women I had needs to fix her attitude and educate herself on professionalism and how to do different techniques. Applying mail stickers is not hard.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI been to this place twice the first time I had ask the lady for cuticle remover because she was pushing my cuticle back dry I paid $45 for regular gel manicure that she finish the whole process in 20 mins the lady did not let my hand soak for more then 5 mins and gave me 3 min hand massage at the end so today I went in because they open up before any other nail salon in my area and I was disappointed I ask for gel polish change I received a rush horrible paint job my nails aren’t even and I even ask the lady can she re file my nails because they are not even she skip right over the question I ask can she slow down so the polish would not appear sloppy she said that’s what the top coat for.
