I usually get really good service at Pink and White, but today was a little different. I went in to get dip on my natural nails. I loved the color, but the application was a little lacking. I believe the gentleman who did my nails was new (he was shorter and was wearing a beige Pink+White pullover). He cut one of my cuticles a little too short and it hurt. He was apologetic when I winced in pain. He also left my fingers a little stained. Which I understand because the dip powder was dark, but even with darker shades I’ve gotten, my fingers weren’t left in the state mine were in today. The pictures attached are from after I spent 10 minutes scrubbing on my fingers. From afar my nails look fine, but up close they could’ve been better. Just posting so that this tech can practice just a little more for future successful appointments. He was kind overall, just needs a little more practice!

Dean did an incredible job. The crew stayed late to ensure that the job wasn’t rushed and were incredibly kind the entire time. Great experience! Manon did my nails, she was so friendly and informative. These are my wedding nails (I don’t get my nails done often) and she made sure to talk me through all the different options to make sure I got the perfect nails for me! I ended up choosing dip. I am so happy with them!!

This was my first time trying this place, and my first time doing a design on my nails. I love them! This was also the first nail salon I’ve been to that actually stuck to my appointment time. Normally, I’m waiting around 30 minutes after my appointment time, which is a big reason I rarely get my nails done. The place was also very clean. I will be back!

Although this was my first time at Pink + White Nail Studio, I had a very delightful experience. I heard many people recommending this place, so I figured I’d give it a try. Everything from setting up an appointment to the design consultation through messaging them on social media went smoothly, and despite how complicated and time-consuming my nail design was, my nail tech, Manon, worked with me to alter the color palette a little, but still keep the same idea. Manon and the other employees are super friendly and talented, and she did an excellent job on a fresh set of spring-themed nails, which I can’t wait to show around. I’ll continue being a client here and will recommend this place to anyone wanting a high-quality mani/pedi in a welcoming environment!

UPDATE: I have changed my review from 3 to 5 stars. After seeing my review, the owner called me and schedule a time for me to come back and get my nails redone with what I wanted. I had to delay my visit but went back today and am very pleased with the service and the result!
