Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueThis is the first and only salon I have been to since I have moved to North Carolina two and a half years ago. I’ve brought my family to this salon, that’s the type of loyal customer I am. But a little bit of time before covid hit, I’ve had the owner cancel my appointment on numerous occasions because she always has family events to attend. No matter how far in advance I would book, a last minute event would always come up and she would cancel and or reschedule. My life is extremely busy as well, so I understand, but I’m a loyal paying customer who will promote someone’s business when it’s great and it saddens me because I can’t do that now. That fact that I was told that she will not miss her sisters party is what threw me over the edge. That was very disrespectful and extremely bad business. To all incoming clients, I’m just saying, this happened to many way to many times than I can count. Then on top of that, the times she would take me, SHE WOULD NEVERRRR HAVE THE FINISHING PRODUCTS OR EVEN THE PRODUCTS AT ALL, and I still stayed to support her Black Business. I can’t anymore. As loyal of a customer my mother and I are to you Mrs. Barbara, I felt very disrespected today. This is the first and only salon I have been to since I have moved to North Carolina two and a half years ago. I’ve brought my family to this salon, that’s the type of loyal customer I am. But a little bit of time before covid hit, I’ve had the owner cancel my appointment on numerous occasions because she always has family events to attend.
