I never write Google reviews but after seeing the last review I had to comment. I just finished my visit at NexGen and I had the exact opposite experience of that previous poster. The young lady at the front desk had exceptional customer service and was so sweet! Bringing up another diet clinic sounds like the reviewer was purposely sent to a competitor to give a negative review. Not insinuating just an observation. Anyways, my point is this place is fast, efficient and knowledgeable. Every interaction I’ve ever had with staff was pleasant I refer people all the time. Maybe people should give a little grace instead of running to Google reviews everytime THEY are having a bad day or not practicing patience. Just an observation.

This Nexgen is awesome!! I have been going to this location at least 3 years and love it. Dawn & Kat are both wonderful!!!I am usually in and out in less than 15 minutes which means I can go during my lunch break. They have always been a huge help whether it was for questions or anything else I needed help with!!! The customer service I have received is what has always made me return. Awesome company you will love !!!

NexGen Health and Wellness Clinic is amazing. The medical assistant shows great customer service to every patient. I always walk in and everyone greets me with a smile. The NPs are always there to help answering any questions and provide the proper care to me. Definitely will recommend going to NexGen

The front desk clerk was rude. She barely wanted to give me a price over the phone & acted as if me calling there to receive a price was an inconvenience. She never greeted me upon arrival. She sat behind the desk gossiping very loudly. She’s very snoody, stuck up & her personality isn’t welcoming or warm. The vibe wasn’t pleasant. I left after waiting over 25 minutes & refused service. When I left the entire staff was still standing at the front desk gossiping as if me waiting 25 minutes wasn’t a big deal. Terrible customer service! Would not recommend.

Upon entering about 805am the front desk clerk was in her phone but looked up long enough to pass me clip board saying to have a seat & fill it out but Nurse Practiioner was running late & she doesn’t know when the NP will be in. I was then seated in another waiting room saying NP still isn’t in but “Whenever” she gets in I’ll be seen. Wellllll about 835am still no NP. I’m not impatient at all however the communication about the wait could’ve been handled much better especially since NO WAIT & WALK INS WELCOME is highly promoted on the website. if the properly licensed staff isn’t on duty then those specific services offered should be discontinued until NexGen’s staff shortage issue it resolved. Obviously other services are offered that don’t require NP because while I waited there were 3-4 other clients who were escorted directly back and left after receiving whatever services they needed. I eventually exited the closed off waiting room #1 on my own , retrieved my information sheet from the clerk and left 840am . Front desk clerk didn’t seemed concerned about customer service as she handed me back my sheet sipping her drink . I decided to try this place because I was out this way. Normally I goto Cordova Medical Clinic .. i guess this what happens when you cheat on your day 1s . lol lesson learned.

This place is very clean, quiet, and sufficient. Medical staff is very organized. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a “walk in” where you can walk in, (very little waiting) be seen and leave. There are not many places that carry vitamin D shots; they have them ALL and they work!! Dawn has ALWAYS been available to see me and answer any questions I have. She is exceptionally knowledable about all their products & services. Yes, I HIGHLY recommend NexGen Health and Wellness.

I had a lipo B12 shot on my profile already paid for and the young girl at the front desk has a problem with me so when I came in not only did she rudely tell me to sign in and go to a room she questioned me about something unnecessary and then gave me the WRONG injection and tried to charge me for it. Way to go…called to tell her about her mistake and advised she needs to try to be more professional from now on. I don’t want an angry girl giving anyone else the wrong shot
