I’ve been going to Pink on and off since I moved to EG in Jan. of 2020. The gal who has done my pedicure is miserable, doesn’t speak to me, taps my feet when she wants me to move in or out of the bowl and most recently dremmeled the skin on my big toe while removing the gel polish and made me bleed. When I pulled my foot away when this happened, said you got my skin there was literally no reaction other than a look of annoyance.

Friendly staff. Did 3 walk in pedi and only 2 chairs available. The chair I was in had a broken massager and felt pretty beaten up. This place can use some updating on furniture. They had lots of polish colors to choose from. They use tub liners and didn’t see them sanitize the tub. Only recommend if it’s your last resort.

My girlfriend got a full set of nails put on 5 days ago and her nails already look like she needs a fill, on top of that two of her acrylic nails had come off already, after speaking with them to see if their was anything they could do. They said they cannot fix her nail nor will they do anything to help and hung up the phone while we were calmly talking with them describing what had happened.

No dip powder. $40 for acrylics plus 10 to do gel. Pedicure was average price at $37 for spa (paraffin wax, stone massage) plus 10 for gel. The lady doing my pedicure was rough but I don’t mind that. Someone else probably would have complained though. She seemed to be new to the service and not really know what she was doing despite being an older woman. Her whole procedure was inconsistent. This place isn’t bad so long as you don’t expect top quality service. Might come back in a pinch.

Worst episode ever! First time here. Not very friendly and both technicians need an antidepressant or something. Geez sitting here and watching them makes me feel sad. Whole time doing my feet my cues were just nudging, grunts and pointing. This experience was so awkward. No likey likey. Pedi was ok technically. Hence the 2 stars. P.s. it looks like a pink flamingo from hobby lobby threw up in there.

I have been getting my nails done by the owner of Q Nails since about 2008. I have never left the shop without being satisfied with my nails. Andy has hired two more employees, Vanna and Annie, and I was lucky enough to have Annie do my pedicure because she did an outstanding job! If you are new in town or you are looking for somebody new to do your nails please consider Q Nails and ask for Andy to do your nails and Annie or Vanna to do your pedicure you will be very pleased! welcome Annie and Vanna not only are you great nail specialist but you are just as pleasant see you next time!
