1 star! The person that did my nails half polished my nails ! He noticed & didn’t fix it instead rushed away !! My nails are odd shaped ,Also my girls got polish and her nails were also half a**. She’s already missing polish off two nails. Older lady told me that a full set is $19. Then when it’s time to pay now its $25! I will not be returning. Also customer service could be better. And nail color selection is basic only certain color

This visit I am reviewing about was my second visit and my last one. I normally get the dip powder nails done , I had previously gotten them at another salon and on my first visit here, I requested them . They turned out fine. On my second and last visit here, I decided not to get the powder nails this time , due to cost . I allowed them Into talking me into it. They basically pressured me and were very pushy Until I Gave in. So I wait and wait and wait …they kept apologizing about the wait because only one person there at the time could do them. I watched others come and go. I could tell when he started my nails that he was not taking his time and not coating them properly. By day 3 I had 2 chipped nails and that is NOT supposed to happen. It is now day 7 and 5 of my nails are chipped with two of them with50% of the coating chipped off. My hands look a mess and these are supposed to be more durable and last 3 weeks. Unfortunately for them , I will not be returning. I now have to pay again to have my nails done which I shouldn’t be getting them done for another two weeks had they been done properly.

Nikki is the only one who does a good job but she acts afraid to speak. The older lady that runs the place is the rudest person I’ve ever encountered in a nail salon. She rushes you to choose a color, is loud and talks about everyone. She got mad because I didn’t want a pedicure with the over priced foot soak and started slamming cabinets. I’ve gotten my nails dipped twice here. Each time they werent painted around the edge and some broke the next day. I went back to get them fixed. The old loud lady said no charge both times and Jimmy charged me anyway and said she didn’t say it even though I know what I heard. Won’t be going back. Minimal hand washing and dirty utensils.

Critical: ProfessionalismI wish I could give them a zero!!! I have gone there twice and both times there was only ONE TECH working. The first time I waited almost two hours and I finally left. I went today hoping I got there early and I would be seen ASAP. However, the elderly lady let me wait an hour and finally told me Nicki was the only one working and she would call on help. I asked her where was the help and she said an hour away. Don’t go to this shop. You gotta put up with the rude elderly woman and now two hour delays. Critical: Punctuality, ValueI have been a regular customer of this location for over two years. However, I do not plan to return after my last appointment (post COVID). While I appreciate them taking appropriate safety measures, the experience was very rushed and Not at all worthy of the new post COVID prices (to cover the extra safety measures). I went in for a manicure with dip on my nails and pedicure. The cost pre-tip was $85 ($Up $10 due to COVID) and ALL services were completed in 42 minutes (total). I usually come here to get my nails done, but after today I will not be returning. When the older lady swiped my card so I could pay, it was declined. She came over to me and there the receipt at me saying my card didnt fo through. I asked her to run it again because i have money on my debit card and she asked if I had cash. I told her no. I again asked her to try my card again and she finally did with an attitude. The second time my card went through, and I asked her if it worked and she yells putting the receipt in my face saying “It went through, it went through!!!” I’m like lady I’m just asking you cause if it didnt I was going to use my credit card. I dont appreciate being yelled at when I’m a paying repeat customer and I will not come here ever again

Worst experience ever! I showed 2 people a picture of how I wanted my nails done(a few times) and yet I left out with just a full set with 2 coats of polish and no design! So when the guy doing my nails started packing up to leave I asked the other person where is he going cause I need my design…she tells me he doesn’t know how to do designs…so I ask her what was the purpose and me being here and why didn’t neither one of them say anything when I asked if the design could be done and or the numerous times I showed them the picture…she had no answers…so moral of the story I DO NOT recommend this place! ♀️ ♀️ *they only got that one star cause google wouldn’t let me post without selecting any star!*
