Went to get a pedicure and full set with gel. Loved the color options and design samples. My nails are still holding up a week later and overall it was a good experience. The acrylics were filed mostly clean and even. Not the tidiest nail salon, but pretty calm.

If I could give this new location negative stars I would. I visited the store because of well known nail tech who recently moved to this location. Unfortunately, she wasn’t there so entrusted another nail tech to do my nails, prior to sitting in his chair, I showed him what I wanted & he was absolutely sure he could do it, he couldn’t.. from there, i was charged with add-on that I didn’t get and or was disclosed to me. For example. I asked for medium length almond shaped nails, when I notice he was filing way more than I wanted him to, he absolutely sure this was medium length nails. But he did get the almond shape that was an extra $5 that he didn’t disclose. He made me pick from a color wheel that happened to be powder colors that was $50.. again, he didn’t disclose.. I am highly disappointed in the service I got and how management handle the situation on top of that the nail tech who said they could do my nails the way I wanted became irate and was bad mouth me with another client while I was still in the store and took zero accountability for the service he provide. No apology from him and or the manager–Anyway this is what I paid $99 for. However, for the mishap the owner did give me $9 back.

Pink Nails is the best nail salon I’ve been to. I’ve gotten gel manicures at other nail places, and they scrape your nails so hard they are sore for days, and the polish chips after a few days. 🙁 At pink Nails my manicure last four weeks or longer, I have to get the polished removed. Came back a couple weeks later with my daughter and we got our nails done. We are both happy with our nails and the service. They have a great selection of colors, as well. Absolutely love love love!!!! I cannot get enough of this set! I was a little discouraged at first because I’m not from this area. But i saw the reviews and said why not give it a try! Super easy check in for my appt i made in advance. They gave me Kim! She is so sweet and gave me EXACTLY what i wanted! I will be returning back as a regular! 10/10 definitely recommend!
