Liliana doesn’t know how to cut hair… Showed a picture for a simple medium blunt lob with a little pointed look at the front and my hair is uneven. One side is longer than the other. It still looks cute and fresh but the uneveness is poor… It wasnt noticeable at first since I was wearing dark top and have dark hair. I’ve gotten this type of cut before and the way she did it was strange. I remember there was a point where she tilted my head to the side and cut it, but did not do it to the other side. She also wasnt checking the front pieces to see if they are even. That isn’t right and sus. Not sure if she even had a cosmetology license posted?? now I have to spend more money somewhere else to get this corrected..

I always go there when i need a haircut,so i told my daughter to go there and get hers she had long straight hair and she just wanted to cut it a lil bit shorter but the guy theat works there,the one without mustache did a terrible job.i dont even know why they’ve been working there!he cut one side waaaay shorter than the other it looks like if a mokey bit her hair

I went there on the recommendation of a friend and I am so glad I did. My stylist was Kathy and she really paid attention explains things very clearly and I walked out feeling like a million bucks! Prices are very reasonable and the entire staff seems to be dedicated to making every customer feel unique and lovely.

This was my first time coming here and made an appointment for 10am. I sat waiting for an hour before leaving to find somewhere else to get my hair done. Why make an appointment if I’m not going to get attended at the time set, might as well just walked in.

I visited their website and their Facebook page I submitted a appointment request for a spiral perm but it took them too long to answer my messages and I was told that they had a couple of there hairdressers out on vacation and a couple had covid resulting in my dissatisfaction although I did visit them a week before for a normal haircut I was still not happy because a simple 2in off the ends of my hair trim cost me $25 to me that’s way too much I know where I can get it done cheaper and even better and better service when I went in for my haircut my hair was already clean did not need to be washed but the man insisted watching it anyway said he was just going to wet it but turned around and washed it so sad that I just couldn’t go somewhere else due to Transportation issues when I did get a response regarding my request for an appointment rather than complaining I just answered with a no thank you saying that I did not want an appointment anymore.
