Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityThis is an honest review. I’ve been going to PMNB for about 6-7 months now. I’m well educated in nail care and have been receiving professional nail services for about 25 years now. The salon’s vibe or ambiance is classy, relaxed and professional. The salon decor, furniture, sinks, bathroom, front desk and waiting area are beautiful colors and gives quality. Contrary to other reviews, the prices compared to the products used here are FAIR. The salon has NEVER reeked of strong odors or acrylic smells which tells you cheap products or acrylics containing MMA are not being used and there is proper ventilation. I’ve also researched the brands they order as well and they are of good quality. The Owner is really nice and has a very pleasant personality. She approaches you more as a customer service representative that aims to help you rather than dismiss you as “just another customer” which is rare. ALL the ladies/nail technicians are very nice here and I’ve never gotten an attitude from any of them. In particular, although I’m not a customer of hers, Faye is funny, very talented and brings a light hearted energy to the salon. I must say though and no shade to anyone else, but my nail technician AMBER is THEE BEST. This lady is a perfectionist and her work is flawless ok?! I always receive CONSTANT compliments on her work each time she does my nails so much so, that I’ve referred several people to PMNB. She educates each of her customers in nail care and she ensures that you understand what you’re getting and what you’re paying for. She’s also funny yet real and always professional.
