Of all the Palm Beach Tan locations within 30 miles, this is by far the best one. Here’s why: the girls are always so sweet and welcoming, they treat you like family and they are honest about products and services, they will answer any question you have with grace and patience, they are very well informed, if you ever have any issues they make it right, this is the cleanest PBT I’ve been to, excellent service, and I always leave feeling better than I did when I walked in the door!

Always clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. When beds need cleaning, they are prompt about cleaning them. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because 2 times since my membership, the bed hasn’t turned on and I’ve had to get redressed so I could inform someone. It would be nice to have a “call” button in each room to inform staff if this happens. Otherwise, I love the facility and staff.

The girls are friendly and it is pretty clean. The company is pretty overpriced and there is always some other add-on you need to buy to not look like a leopard. I guess in reality, tans aren’t really essential. Especially, when you have a fitness center opening up less a mile down the road that includes Versa Spray Tans (yes same as Palm Beach) included in your $30 membership 🙂

No matter which location I’ve been to, it has always been a pleasant experience. Although the pricing can be a little costly, in my personal opinion, especially for add-ons/extras, the staff have always been nothing less than courteous, patient, and helpful! Everything is always clean and organized, and all/any extra amenities u may need for prep/after-spray and regular tanning, are readily available and already conveniently in the rooms!

I was a little confused when I was charged the second time because I thought I had a different promotion so with it being so pricy I may not keep membership as long but that has nothing to do with staff because they are great. The girls are so helpful. I have been tanning here for about a month now and the beds are the cleanest out of the 3 I usually go to. I went in to get my first spray tan and was explained the process completely from start to finish. The girls dont make you feel dumb for asking stupid questions. Best customer service, cleanest beds, great location!
