Critical: QualityI just got home and realized my whole nail isn’t even painted!! The girl was very nice and I know she tried to deliver a pleasant experience, but it didn’t happen. For 45 bucks I thought this would be amazing. No real massage, no removal of dead skin, just a very light massage, barley noticeable. You get this as the teenage girls gossip behind the counter. Usually I feel so relaxed after getting my nails done, this was just a super waste of money and time. Go somewhere else.I just got home and realized my whole nail isn’t even painted!! Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityMy girl had her eyebrows done, left swollen and bleeding. She went for a pedicure and was not even spoken to during process. She goes often for a pedicure and won’t go back. It seems the young girls care more about gossip then work. They give out improper info, sad . And to top it off, she decided to go back for another pedicure and try again…….and nope no more…..sad that the turn over of people is so great. My girl told me that its not the same as it was. Won’t recommend to anyone. Honestly thete are places out there that care a lot more and respect the customers and that is where I will take her.My girl had her eyebrows done, left swollen and bleeding. She went for a pedicure and was not even spoken to during process. Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI got my hair and makeup done for my elopement ceremony just a couple weeks ago! The team at Pineapple Day Spa was incredible. I loved my hair and makeup, and even went a few days in advance for an eyebrow wax. Communication was clear, I LOVE how my hair and makeup turned out, and the atmosphere in there is just wonderful.

Critical: Communication, QualityI have gone to this salon before for nails and even for my hair once a couple years ago. I wasn’t really old enough to realize that something was off, or I did but I assumed I was wrong because they were the professionals, not me. This year I decided I wanted to dye my naturally dark brown hair a cooler blonde. I didn’t think there would be an issue because a friend of mine has the same color hair and changes it up all the time, never having to go back for multiple sessions, however she goes to a different salon. First problem occurred when I went in for my hair appointment and was told that I didn’t have an appointment. Apparently the woman I talked to on the phone never booked it and the earliest I could do was TWO WEEKS later. Fine whatever, I knew it wasn’t necessarily the business’s fault. I came in on my next appointment and had to sit outside for 20 minutes while my stylist was chatting with her coworkers inside. When she finally came out to get me, I tried telling her what I wanted but she was CONSTANTLY interrupting me and not listening. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she goes “so you want an ombré” and I replied “no I want to go fully blonde” and she goes “well that’s an ombré so” (it wasn’t) then proceeded to do an ombré on my hair. I am young and shy so I didn’t argue (even though I definitely should have). She told me that my hair was the darkest color on the spectrum making it jet black which my hair absolutely is not, it is no less than a 2 and even that’s a stretch. Whatever I didn’t really care. The entire time she was telling me how “nicely my color was lifting” so I expected it to be very light like I’d wanted and I was getting my hopes up. Well three hours pass and it’s time to take out the foils when the power goes out. It was a very windy day and the entire town lost power (not their fault I know). They have a generator so it comes back and she rinsed my hair. The whole time telling me how pretty it was and how happy I was going to be. She said that since the power went out she couldn’t blow dry my hair because it would apparently make the generator blow out but she had no idea what it would really do. I didn’t have a problem with it because she obviously can’t control the weather. However, since I would be going home with wet, unstyled hair I would get at least $30-40 off. Nope. I got $10 and that was only because my stylist helped me a little because she said she would get FIRED if she did more. $225 later, with tip, I walk home in this huge wind storm with soaking wet hair only to find out my hair was not at all blonde, only a lighter shade of brown. Don’t even get me started on when I went back for my second session. I’m never going back and don’t recommend to anyone else either.I have gone to this salon before for nails and even for my hair once a couple years ago. Nice, clean salon. I’ve been here a couple times and can’t complain. Recently took my two girls age 8 and almost 4 and they loved the experience! The girl who cut my toddler’s hair was super patient and did a great job on my wiggle worm!

I have curly hair and I am SO picky about getting it cut. Having recently moved to the area, I was nervous about finding someone I could trust. Hanna was so knowledgeable and knew exactly what I wanted / needed. The staff was so nice and the place was clean and welcoming. I will definitely be returning!

Went in for a pedicure and they were 5 minutes late getting me into the chair. I asked if I could up grade my service and was told they were booked solid and I was only getting the express service that I booked. Ok not a problem. Just a sugar scrub on my feet with a light message and cleaned my cuticles . I was charged an extra 5 dollars for a French pedicure one coat of polish and a top coat only, no base coat? Asked if she was feeling artistic and the girl replied I don’t do designs?

Hannah is the best! A true professional. Prices overall are on the higher side but my hair has never been healthier. I also really like the product point system they have which keeps track of how much money you spend and every time you go to the salon and gives you discounts to use on products and services. Nice relaxing atmosphere too

I’m torn with this review. I’ve been going to this spa on & off for at least 8 years. One of the positive things I can say about this establishment is that the service team has always been talented, professional, very courteous & really care about what they do for a living. It shows in their treatments. What I cannot seem to put my arms around are a combination of price & comfort aesthetics. There really is a difference in going to a spa that is separated into the hair salon section of which you would expect to be high energy, loud, filled with vibrance & action. But when you make any other ‘spa’ appointment, which essentially doesn’t take place in the salon, you expect it to be visually inviting, calming, soothing, quiet, peaceful, an area you can unwind in which should encourage comfort & relaxation. If I am paying for a treatment that is similar in cost to a luxury spa I expect it to feel that way. When I arrived for my evening appointment, I was immediately seated in the empty salon area. My view was an entire room of empty salon chairs, sinks, hair products, hair swatches, etc. I was the ONLY person in that section, alone. I was offered coffee, tea, water or wine. As I drank my beverage I already felt a sense of not being important enough to be sat in the visually appealing section. The therapist was great. Unfortunately the updating they’re doing to the manicure/pedicure stations still has you sitting right by 2 areas that are the least appealing to anyone – the bathroom & the employee lounge/kitchen. You either get the faint aroma of sewage from the bathroom which is kept open or you get the smell of whatever they’ve been warming up in the microwave. If I am to pay $95, not including tip, for a spa manicure/pedicure experience, I expect it be such. On a separate note, every single time I am there, when I go to use any coupon I may have received directly from the Spa, there’s a problem. Every single time. When I receive emails asking me to give the spa another chance for my business, I would expect it to be better than the last. It just continues to go backwards less the technicians who are truly exceptional. Chances are, this is my last visit. I am truly an advocate for supporting local businesses. I am hoping that the owner makes some improvements to the overall experience so that they can continue to keep local residents who would love to be able to drive down the road for a special treatment. Final suggestions, technicians should not be socializing with one another while providing luxury spa treatments. The attention should be 100% dedicated to the individual you are servicing. Conversations should not taking place between the front desk person, the technicians, the other individuals sweeping & cleaning the salon during client treatments, etc. Unfortunately my technician was constantly interrupted by everyone else at the salon who was not servicing others which was disappointing. However, she handled herself extremely well.

I recently went for a 60 minute massage with Alicia? And it was PHENOMENAL! Best massage I have received. I came out feeling completely relaxed. I am a pretty critical person but no complaints here. Not a one.
