Critical: ProfessionalismIf I could give them no stars I would. I went there for the 1st time last January and I had a very positive and helpful visit. I have been trying to get through to them since June and they have not answered their phones and their mailbox is full. I have made appointments online and left work early to get there just to find that their doors were locked. This is VERY unprofessional and disappointing. If I could give them no stars I would. I went there for the 1st time last January and I had a very positive and helpful visit. I have been trying to get through to them since June and they have not answered their phones and their mailbox is full. Positive: Communication, ProfessionalismAttentive, detail-oriented physician. I went for a weight-loss consultation. He provides weight loss services to those with BMI of 27-30 with comorbidities and BMI 30+ for the general public. HetHe his time explaining the details of meal planning, answered all of my questions and so far, so good!
