Absolutely no complaints. Kelsey was extremely friendly during the appointment, helped with hair tips, thorough shampoo and conditioner, cut off 12 inches and thinned my ends. She styled my hair afterwards as well. I left feeling great and would recommend. My luxury haircut was very affordable considering most salons in Chico. Haircut

Adorable and clean salon with welcoming and friendly service. Kelsey did such a great job coloring and styling my hair and bringing my hair back to smoothness. She took the time to listen to what I was looking for as a mother of the bride. I recommend getting the scalp/neck massage too, very relaxing. I definitely will be going back and highly recommend this salon and Kelsey.

This salon is the best in town! They are warm and inviting and there was no awkwardness whatsoever. While they do provide silent services if you prefer, they usually make you feel like they genuinely care about your hair and your experience. Kelsey did the best balayage on me and was clear about pricing and what to expect so there was no surprises. Do yourself a favor and go here!
