Got my feet done and the lady took all my ingrown nails out everything looked clean she even asked me if my toes still hurt after taking the ingrown nails out and I felt such a relief! Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Valuefor YEARS i’ve had bad luck with nail techs. they’d never shape my nails the way they’re supposed to shape them or they come out clumpy.. i stopped doing my nails for a few years until i came across NAILSQUAD on instagram and here i saw nails by carla & fell in love with her work…i finally found my nail tech!! I love my nail tech Carla. she does amazing work. everytime i go in with a different design she recreates it but BETTER. She is the nail GOAT. LA MEJOR! she’s very quick as well & she accommodates as well. the nail salon has such an amazing ambience these ladies are very hard working. the best spot to get your nails done at. Critical: ProfessionalismAwful place! My gel manicure after 2 weeks looked like after a month! Girls are late for a client’ appointment and have no shame to use their cellphones during the procedure! Owner of the spot has to take a course about how to work and talk to clients or basic customer service skills at least. Don’t waist your time and money there!Service: Manicure

The woman doing my pedicure was very rough to the point where it STUNG and I have never experienced that before when getting a pedicure. She did not sanitize her equipment and I got an INFECTION. Then when I did my acrylic nails the woman cut almost every single one of my fingers with her filer and I was BLEEDING which is definitely not normal. Go at your own risk. I recently tried out this place and I will never go again. First both of the woman doing my pedicure and acrylic nails were running LATE. The woman doing my pedicure was very rough to the point where it STUNG and I have never experienced that before when getting a pedicure. She did not sanitize her equipment and I got an INFECTION.
