I have been coming here regularly for at least 15 years. I have been to many nail salons over the years and this is one of the best. All the techs are very good but Ben is my favorite; he does fabulous work! He is also the manager and as such he goes above and beyond to assure that all customers who can be satisfied are. The recent one star reviewer is one who cannot – see her other reviews. She and her friends have totally misrepresented the incident she described and the salon. It is newly remodeled, very clean and professional. I encourage you to ignore her and try the place for yourself. You won’t be disappointed!

Please know that the negative reviews posted here are the work of one person. Some of the people who claimed they witnessed the incident were not even in the state of Florida at the time. The amount of effort being expended by this young lady because she was upset about a chipped nail is terrible. Trying to ruin the reputation of a small business with false claims and getting friends to join in the process is nothing short of immature and mean-spirited. People who have been going there for years know the truth and will continue to be clients of this wonderful family-oriented nail salon. But if you have never been, please do not let the rantings of these people, who clearly have too much time on their hands, keep you from getting amazing service and treatment at this salon that has had a successful business and enjoyed a great reputation for many years.

Ben accused me of stealing when a worker forgot to ring me up for my manicure. I paid for everything else. I put my card in assuming I paid for everything. My nail chipped so I came back to get it fixed not thinking anything of it. I walk in and he’s recording me. Saying I did not pay for my manicure. It wasn’t my fault. The worker didn’t ring it up so its their fault. Completely harassed me and tried to kick me out. I told him I put a bad review up here. He agreed to fix my nail for free if I deleted the review. But guess what..we are on you now! I refuse to look like a fool.
