I had a 9 o’clock appointment. Waited 50 mins to get acknowledged after signing in to fill out papers Had to pay in cash only. Supposedly the receptionist said she had told me over the phone and to top it off. Even though the doctor seems nice. He literally made a statement twice. Telling me not to have any more babies simply because I have a skin rash/irritation on 2 fingers He said it’s genetic. NEVER going back.

I went to see Dr. Teng for a condition and he immediately treated it and gave me medication for it. He also ordered a biopsy. I have seen several other doctors and Dr. Teng was the only doctor to actually prescribe medicine for the condition and help me toward a resolution. Doctor Teng is knowledgeable and actually conversed with me as to his thoughts unlike other doctors who just listened and offered no help. His practice is considerate and accepts patients without insurance. They saw me immediately whereas other offices had waiting times of up to several weeks, if they were accepting new patients at all. Thumbs up for his receptionist. She forwarded my medical info after just one request. At a later time, they were contacted by someone requesting my medical history whom I had not authorize. She reached out to me concerning this and did not send them my file. Awesome!

4210 Palm Ave. is the new address. Dr. Teng doesn’t do facials or is in for the beauty. He is sourly straight to the point. So if you are looking for someone to sell you the Obagi line or treat your wrinkles this ain’t no place for you. Here you are in for a sharp and honest opinion sometimes tactless nonetheless helpful.
