I was so nervous to go in after not having a professional wax done in about a year, AND after attempting to wax myself at home . Thankfully, Elena was so warm and welcoming that I was able to relax during my service. She’s also very thorough and does not rush, and she completed my Brazilian wax in under 20mins. During the last 10mins of my service she went over the area with soft wax to ensure EVERYTHING was gone (painless btw) and she also recommended some skin brightening pads for my hyperpigmentation. I’ve been using them for about 2.5 weeks and my dark spots from old ingrowns are so minuscule and I feel so confident that I really want to wear a bikini rn (although it’s late November). Please go to Elena as she really does care for her clients and be sure to grab those pads from her, they’re very affordable!
