I’ve been going around 3 years and learned from 2nd trip to only go to Katie. Well Katie n her husband have left. They guarantee your nails for 2 weeks. The guy who did mine was rude spoke to me like I was a nothing! My nails messed up the very night I had them done. It’s about a 45 minute drive so with that and the fact I couldn’t get Katie I knew there was no need in going back it has been 2 weeks now and I have 2 nails with nothing left on them. I will NEVER EVER be back and I highly recommend no one goes there.

Critical: ValueI took my daughter to this place for a daddy daughter date night. The people are nice enough but don’t seem to understand what you are saying most of the time either. I was very disappointed to learn how expensive they are. I know getting your nails done isn’t the cheapest in general but almost $100 later!!! Good grief. I took my daughter to this place for a daddy daughter date night. The people are nice enough but don’t seem to understand what you are saying most of the time either. I was very disappointed to learn how expensive they are. I know getting your nails done isn’t the cheapest in general but almost $100 later!!! Good grief. Think I will try anywhere else in town next time

Critical: QualityWell they gobbed a bunch of polish on my sisters big toe and it started chipping later yesterday night. Also I paid for the ultimate pedicure package and neither one of us walked out with non callused feet. I dont understand what I paid so much for unless itwas the experience of a leg/feet was massage and a coat of polish. I really enjoyed my experience here. My nails look great. They are very particular about how they make your nails looks and ensure you are happy with them. I got a full manicure. They trimmed and shaped my nails to the shape I chose and I found the trip very relaxing. I would recomend going here.

They do a good job on finished product, but I took my daughter there for a walk-in as they wouldn’t schedule appointments. I waited outside for 4 1/2 hours. They are in desperate need of more technicians.

Nail tech cut my nails way too short & cut edge cuticles 3-4 times it burned & hurt. I called back & spoke with Katie she was very understanding & apologized told me to wait 2-3 wks & maybe I’d like better when my nails grew out some & she would make it Right & no charge. I went back in & she flat out refused to do anything said I had waited too long. I reminded her She told me to wait & said she would make it right & No charge. That isn’t good business at all. So I guess Kate would rather lose a customer then stand by her word. I go once a month at least & get a pedi also either a fill in or new nails along wMy Daughter my Granddaughters Nieces & Friends. I don’t expect anything for free but I do expect to be treated as a valued paying customer. I have Always recommended Perfect Nails to everyone that ask where I go. But no more. Katie you should stand by your word. You shouldn’t have told me you would make it right & then not follow through that my friend is Very bad business & no way to treat your patrons.
