My Mother had her nails done there by the younger woman on a Thursday before she could say that she has had them for a week now they started messing up and lifting. We returned that Wednesday to see if she could have them redone and the older woman not looking towards my mother or paying any form of attention to her said that she wouldn’t fix them. My Mother shocked ask the woman if she would rather have her take her business elsewhere. The woman answered yes so my mother and I got into our truck and drove to RedTips nails & spa up the road and they did a much better job.

After coming to town to go to my usual place, I realized I didn’t make an appointment when they told me it would be an hour wait. Because I had only booked an allotted time away from work, I googled nearby location and stumbled upon Perfect Nails. I pulled into the parking lot and went through the front door where there’s an abundance of dollar store equivalent items items displayed. When I walked into the main salon area, there was a man sitting in a pedicure chair with headphones in. He did not acknowledge me. After a few awkward moments, a woman emerged from a room off of the front entrance way. I requested a manicure and pedicure. She sent me to pick a color and we were on our way. No dialogue occurred during the manicure but she did an amazing job on my regular manicure. When she was done, she handed me off to the man that sits in the pedicure chairs. Again, no dialogue during the pedicure but he did a fantastic job. I did notice and do not believe the massage feature on the chairs work. There’s a lot of clutter in the salon and I noticed things hanging on the walls such as returned checks and appointment reminders that were from 2014-2015. For a quality, no frills manicure/pedicure, this place is fantastic. Personally, I don’t like to be talked to because I talk all day for work so this was a plus for me. Affordable prices $25 for pedicure $15 for manicure. (I was nervous because there wasn’t a sign).

Went in for a fill on a full set. There was only 1 customer there and staff seemed very rude. No greeting when i came in, no conversation during service, although the 2 technicions had no problem talking amongst each other. The technition i was given seemed very unwanting to be there & preoccupied. I was there less than an hour when technician was finished and i noticed my nails were already smudging. After i payed & tipped, mind you, I asked to take more time to dry them properly, showed her the 3 nails messed up, and she did not offer to fix them at all but turned the one hand uv light machine on, put a hand held fan on the other hand, & walked outside. I spent $27 dollars & wasted my time. I will not be returning & will say they definetly dont hold their work value or customer care to “perfect” standards.
