Critical: ProfessionalismI walked in for hair gel, no services. When I entered only one woman was working, she was not wearing a mask and was on her personal phone talking to her twenty something year old son. She did not put a mask on and I had to wait for her so finish her call with her son. She tried some small talk but I was trying to get out of her unmasked presence ASAP. super unprofessional. I walked in for hair gel, no services. When I entered only one woman was working, she was not wearing a mask and was on her personal phone talking to her twenty something year old son. She did not put a mask on and I had to wait for her so finish her call with her son. She tried some small talk but I was trying to get out of her unmasked presence ASAP. super unprofessional. I’ll be finding another hair gel.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI’ve been a loyal customer for over 7 years coming in to get my roots touched up. When I came in to change my hair color because over the years I developed an allergy to the bleach, instead of getting the honey blonde I specifically asked for, my hair was colored in red-brown! The excuse I received was that “not everyone sees colors the same” and that “we had different expectations “. Well…Yes! When I came in with a picture and specifically askes for a honey blonde color, I did expect my hair to be in honey blonde when I’m done. Furthermore when I asked for a refund, so I could get my hair fixed and colored in the desired color elsewhere, I was told that the store is not able to give refunds and that the corporate needs to be called to send me a check in the mail. I asked for the district manager’s name and phone number as well as the store owners’ phone number, so I could contact them directly, explain my situation and receive my refund to which I was denied access. CJ refused to provide my refund and refused to give me the contact information of the district manager and store owners. After I contacted the district manager, I was issued a refund for the hair color and was charged $30 for haircut. Be aware of new much higher prices for haircut and NEVER get your color there!!! I’ve been a loyal customer for over 7 years coming in to get my roots touched up. When I came in to change my hair color because over the years I developed an allergy to the bleach, instead of getting the honey blonde I specifically asked for, my hair was colored in red-brown! Hailey listens and gave me the courage to try baby steps into putting high and low lights on my hair. She is professional,friendly and makes a 3 hour visit fly by. She has always given me the best blonde and bobs…I always get compliments from my coworkers after any visit I have with her! I appreciate her wealth of knowledge, experience, and honesty. CJ knows how to catch the look I want while keeping me honest about what my hair can actually do. She really knows her short cuts and color…I recommend her and your location any chance I get.
