From the minute I walked in the door I felt very welcomed! The receptionist was friendly and the bartender went right to work on grabbing us drinks. My stylist was Laura and she did a fantastic job! She explained each of the different available styles and the head massage while getting my hair washed was an absolute dream! I’d definitely recommend visiting this location.

My fiancé scheduled her appointment to get a blowout the day before our wedding. They called her the day before her appointment to cancel due to internal issues. When told that it was for our wedding, all they said was “oh that’s a bummer…” and didn’t even recommend where she might go to get her hair done somewhere else. The unprofessionalism of this business is disgusting. Save your money and do your hair at home or spend it at another salon.

I loved my experience with Drybar! My daughter and I were able to go in and get our hair styled at the same time. My style felt and looked great and lasted for days. I wish I lived closer to be able to get my hair styled more often. Everybody was very friendly and helpful since this was my first time to Drybar. Will be back soon!!

My friend and I came in for a basic blow out and curls. We saw Lidia and Kanesha. We experienced rude customer service and a rush job. My hair was still wet after blow drying and she only curled it with the brush as she dried- no curling iron was used. My friend paid for a hair mask and didn’t receive it- not realizing until after the appointment unfortunately. Would not recommend. Biggest waste of $130 spent.

Horrible customer service. We drove in all the way from Houston for a bachelorette party. We called a head of time because there was an accident & told them we would be late. When we arrived they told us they would only be able to do a dry style. Super disappointed considering we came in from Houston & also gave a heads up. Extremely unprofessional. They also charged the bride the $25 cancellation fee.

I made an appointment three weeks in advance to have my hair done for my engagement photos. I showed up five minutes early and after waiting about ten minutes, the receptionist informed me that my stylist hadn’t showed up and that she couldn’t get ahold of them or the store manager. I know it was not the receptionist’s fault, but I left in tears after having not been provided an answer or solution. I was really looking forward to my appointment as I had always heard great things about Drybar, but I was kind of made to feel like it was my fault for being upset. I was not offered a make up or anything for my inconvenience, really threw a wrench in the rest of my plans and day.
