I went 11/21/2020 for the first time for a gel fill. I called in advance for an appointment. Very pleasant establishment! The people are very friendly, kind and professional. I have to say I’m extremely picky about my nails and have been to MANY Nail Salons over the years and have to say this woman did an outstanding job! Pricing was perfect. Definitely going back. They adhered to all the Covid guidelines as well.

Everything was clean and distanced making use feel safe with all the covid precautions. Above all I absolutely love the way my nails turned out!!!! The staff were so so nice and able to get my mom and I in for same day appointment. Everything was clean and distanced making use feel safe with all the covid precautions. Above all I absolutely love the way my nails turned out!!!! I’ve never had nail art before and was really nervous about asking and wasn’t exactly sure how to go about it but they were so so nice and made them look amazing!!! I will definitely be going back!!! Critical: ProfessionalismI must say that I loved my nails when I was going to Susan. She was personable and talented with her work and I liked it. However trying to get ahold of them was nearly impossible. They don’t take phone calls, and their voicemail is always full so there was no possibility of leaving a message to get a call back. You can only message them through IG or FB to schedule or reschedule an appointment. And even then it takes a while to hear back. Very inconvenient. Then the cherry on top was when I informed Susan I wouldn’t be able to come for a couple of months. My son was going to school for the first time so I wasn’t sure about finances. When I messaged her on IG she said she’d be happy when I came back. But when I messaged her only THREE days later to tell her it turned out I could keep coming back, she never responded. I sent a couple of messages to make an appointment after that and got no response. Then all of a sudden the shop makes a post that they’re no longer taking new clients. I messaged on FB to ask her if she was considering me a new client and to let me know either way. Still no response. Then I found out from another client of hers that they were moving locations and that they only kept a certain amount of clients. That’s not professional at all to me and I lost all respect for her business. Maybe for her choice clients she treats them differently and therefore by all means go. But I regret continuously trying to contact the shop. There I was begging to give them business when I WAS a client, or so I thought. In my opinion that’s not how you treat those supporting your business. All it takes is communication and that would’ve shown respect. That didn’t happen. I now go to a shop that’s just as good and who treats ALL their clients respectfully. For that reason I wouldn’t tell anyone to go. I must say that I loved my nails when I was going to Susan. She was personable and talented with her work and I liked it. However trying to get ahold of them was nearly impossible. They don’t take phone calls, and their voicemail is always full so there was no possibility of leaving a message to get a call back. Had a good experience. I only did regular polish so obviously it didn’t last long. The location is kind of unexpected. I never knew there was a nail salon next to Subway in Norwich. The staff were really nice. The only thing I didn’t notice there was the types of services and their prices. Other than that, it was a good experience. Definitely recommend to go there.

Best nail salon around!! My friend and I will never go anywhere else. We are both very particular about how we like our nails… the gel needs to be shaped perfectly and everyone who works here pays close attention to detail! Our nails always come out perfect and the prices are great. Constantly I am asked where I get my nails done… I’m always recommending Perfect 10. Don’t go anywhere else seriously!

This place is absolutely top-notch! I have gone here several times and I will never go to another nail place! Every single time I go, they take their time and make my nails look perfect! I travel about 25/30 minutes to go here and it is absolutely 100% worth it! Plus, they’re cute little one is just an added bonus! Highly recommended to everyone looking for a perfect 10 experience!

Perfect 10 is decent in their nail care and they do have a good selection however they lack in customer service. They tend to forget that customers are key in a surviving business, this business has more stuck up workers than anything. I went there for a year and a half and got nothing but attitude and a rushed experience almost every single time! One time I asked for a little design on my ring finger and they wouldn’t even do it because they, “ran out of time”. Another disadvantage is that they don’t like to answer their calls or messages. I tried multiple times to contact them with no response, and when I went in to get an appt. they turned me away and said to message them. As you can guess I gave up then and there. Like I said they have good quality of nail art but they lack communication and customer service by far.
