I recently moved to Seattle from the east coast and have been searching for a proper spa for quite some time. PBB exceeded my expectations and is by far the best spa in the city. I got the hydro facial finished with BR products that made my skin baby soft. Lisa knew exactly which range worked best for my skin and I’ve been happy with her product recommendations; highly recommend her for skin of color. Overall, super welcoming environment and the spa shop has everything you could possibly want if you are a BR fan.

The atmosphere in the spa is everything one would hope – relaxing, and zen. The front desk team is just the right amount of helpful and respectful, and extremely competent & knowledgeable. Most of all – Ben’s massage was outstanding. He completely listened to my preference and exceeded expectations. I would come back every day if I could!

I came in for a massage and a facial to treat myself and everything was fine. It wasn’t bad but I expected a lot more given the ratings and cost. There are no locker rooms – you change in the treatment rooms and cram all of your stuff into a paper shopping bag. Drinks are served in paper cups. Neither of my service providers explained to me what they were doing or noticing. I was underwhelmed. If you get a Groupon, perhaps it’s worth it. Otherwise I’d recommend almost any other spa if you’re looking for something nicer.

I just had the “Cure” treatment on Friday. I felt completely pampered and relaxed with the excellent service, wonderful massage, and fabulous facial. Each person I came into contact with seemed to absolutely love their job which set me up to know I was going to love the “Cure”. 5-star experience for sure!

I had Alyse for a body polish and my friend had Sonja, whom she said had magic hands for her polish and facial.After my polish I waited an hour before my next two treatments before finding Alyse in the hall to find out was going on. She was gracious and told me she’d find my therapist.The ambiance was wonderful, for the price I’m a bit disappointed in the quality of treatment from the therapist and it was a bit odd to have a facial without warm steaming towels on the face, it did feel like a cold paper towel was being used to take off the product. But my friend absolutely loved her facial.So it was a bit hit and miss. I was visiting from San Francisco and used a Groupon for an 80 minute massage. Elizabeth was amazing! She knew exactly how to maneuver knots without any pain. This place is so upscale and getting a massage there is a whole experience. The Prosecco was great too! Want to come back when I’m in Seattle next for a facial, perhaps!
