Normally I have no issue with this place but the couple times I have had issues it’s the same nail tech. When I tell you I am beyond annoyed first they book me for a 5:30 don’t get seated until 6 that’s fine but my issues is the nails the job this man did was not it ! I have a set on one hand and a completely different one on the other. Both hands are shaped differently right hand middle finger is way shorter then the other nails and the left middle finger . At the beginning he over cut my thumb nail into the coffin shape and towards the end I did ask him to Even it out a bit and he added some acrylic but I’ll let the photos tell you.

(Updated: went back in and they fixed the nails up no issues!! Much happier thank you) Wish I could say something nice about this place.. but honestly left here not happy at all. Made an appointment with a friend for noon, mani pedi gel.. simple stuff. Took them an hour to get my friend to a table to do her nails as they started on me. They didn’t shape my nails properly, they are all different shapes and lengths. My toes look honestly worse then when I originally went in. And to top it off, they switched half way through my nails, and applied wayyyy too many coats.. that same night all of my polish was coming off due to it. So I’ll be going back unfortunately to have them redo them and hope for the best. Also, would recommend asking them prices before you start, they are not posted anywhere inside.

They do a good job on my nails BUT they are as rude as you can get..personally I don’t find it professional speaking another language with co workers throughout your service.It can make clients feel uncomfortable..learn some customers service people(especially when customers walk in,they definitely don’t care if a client feels welcomed

Critical: QualityI went in to get dip and requested coffin nails. My natural nails are about half an inch longer than my fingertips so I didn’t think It would be a problem. The man proceeded to shape my nails into squares so I told him I wanted them very narrow and coffin. After he re filed them he applied the dip which was very clumpy and then filed my nails once more into a square shape. After I had to tell him a third time that I wanted coffin he tried filing them again and somehow managed to cut me with the file. Critical: ValueI alway go here they do my nails good for a reasonable price I recommend itUpdate 8months later. I’ve never had a problem with pedi spa until today. I got acrylic toes done on Saturday didn’t even last a week came off on Tuesday and ripped my toe nail off. Came in and had to wait a hour just to get one toe done and it’s hideous. It was rushed and not snapped right. So upset no pedicure should last less than a week. I should’ve never came in today. Would prefer a missing toe nail than this mess. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI made a appointment for 1:30. They was running behind which l was okay with it I waited 15 mins. My pedi lasted about 20 rush job because they overbook for the business but don’t actually do the job right at this point I’m like we it was time to do my nails. I added a tip to do a coffin shape to my nails along with dip I told him not to long but he cut it about 5 times to the point I was just like that’s fine! He asked if I had any plans for the weekend and I told him it’s my boyfriends birthday and he tells me keep them long so I can scratch my boyfriends back how unprofessional I don’t know you and you shouldn’t talk to your clients like that. After I wash my hands I notice I can literally fold my nails and asked him if he can just cut them shorter because I can literally fold my nail after the dip was done. So 01/16/16, I went to get a gel manicure like I usually do, and was told I was not allowed to get my nails done here any longer because I was being rude at my last visit. I would like to say customer (PAYING CUSTOMER) is always right! at my last visit I had a male nail tech which was causing me pain while he was doing my toes he was highly aggressive, so in a politely way i had asked him to please stop which he did not and just continued to ignore me. and said something in his foreign language so I said something back in mines and felt completely uncomfortable during my experience there and was told to leave on Saturday morning because i was being rude and can’t prove the man was being rude first. Low quality costumer service i received here, I will not suggest anyone to come here, my 4 friends and i will be taking our business else where.
