First, I want to mention everyone at Pearl is very friendly, caring, and professional, I would rate the staff and office 5 stars. However, I wanted to wait to post my review for 3 months after my last session so I could really determine the effectiveness of the laser hair removal treatment I received. I completed my 6 sessions for my chest and back in March and it is now June. Unfortunately, I find the results disappointing. Perhaps my expectations were too high as I was hoping for about 90%+ permanent removal but more than half the hair has grown back, though admittedly more slowly than shaving or waxing.

Disappointing results. I signed up for 6 sessions for upper lip and full legs. After the six sessions, it was clear that more was needed, so I paid for 3 more sessions. Unfortunately, that was still not enough. While much of the hair was removed, there is still quite a bit left and I still have to shave the backs of my legs and tweeze out multiple hairs around my lips. What’s really annoying is that I tried to emphasize during the sessions that the results weren’t what I was expecting, yet most of the sessions felt very rushed. When I pointed out that the tops of my thighs weren’t being done at all, I was told that the top 2 inches is considered “bikini” area and not part of the leg (since when isn’t the top of the thigh part of the leg??). When I actually measured, it was the top 4 inches that wasn’t getting done, a significant portion of the upper leg. Bottom line, the facility itself is very clean and attractive, but overall, I would not recommend them. Not only did 9 sessions not complete the job, they really made no effort to make me a satisfied customer. I don’t feel that I was particularly demanding, but again, when most of the sessions took less than 10 minutes, I think I was right in questioning whether the job was getting done, and it clearly wasn’t. Very disappointing.

If you are looking for laser hair removal in West Boca that shows immediate results and is affordable then Pearl Med spa is where you need to go. I am a college student who has been trying to get laser hair removal for the longest but it was either too expensive or too far of a distance to get to. Once I found Pearl med spa I was surprised how close in distance it was. They have a great location in Boca that is very accessible. They work with my schedule and always keep me updated in advanced to when my appointment is or if there are changes being made. The laser machine they use in my opinion is less painful and takes half the time as other machines do. Every staff member is so friendly and goes out of their way to make you feel as comfortable as possible. They always answer any question I have. I’m already on three areas and will be adding more in the future because of the great results I have had each session. I have very coarse hair and was worried what the outcome would be and I am in disbelief with the way my legs + other areas have turned out so far. Bought a Groupon for laser hair removal to check out the service and job done, before paying full price. Lady can be a bit hard to understand at first over the phone because of her accent, but they are nice and very accommodating. The laser itself was great and my results have been fantastic. Rush you in and out which is awesome, I’ve never had to sit there waiting more than a couple minutes to be seen, and even that is rare. They are very organized. Will definitely continue services here after Groupon runs out.

The staff is super friendly. Jennifer injected my lips and she was awesome! This was the first time that I had NO BRUISING after getting injected! She was super precise, took her time and wasn’t trying to just plump me up- we both thought they looked good and she suggested we should save the remaining for touch ups in a few months. Highly recommend !

This place is awesome! I went in for Laser Hair removal. I knew nothing about it except that I wanted it done, and left with my first treatment already done and super knowledgable on what was happening. The staff was very friendly and helped put my nerves at ease. I had my face , neck, chest and hands treated. I am so glad I found Jennifer and Pearl Med Spa! When I decided to get my lips filled I spoke with 2 dermatologist, a nurse practitioner and one other med spa- Jennifer was by far the most detail oriented, took her time with me and really had a plan for my lips. I am so happy with how they turned out! My husband is happy at how they turned out! The spa itself is spotlessly clean and the women at the front desk are lovely. I found Pearl Laser Center on Groupon and I’m so happy I did! I purchased a six session laser hair removal treatment for my under arm and have seen great results. The owner does a wonderful job and their machines are top notch. I’m currently also doing laser resurfacing on a face scar. I can’t wait to see the final results.
