Positive: Professionalism, QualityI decided to give Peace nails a try because it was brand new and close to the house. I was immediately welcomed and sent to Kim who is absolutely phenomenal! She did my full set and my pedicure and spent so much attention to detail and her massage was AMAZING! I’m so happy I decided to come! I will definitely be back!Service: Pedicure

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI decided to try Peace Nails. This salon is brand new. My technician Adam was patient and meticulously removed my full set of acrylic nails with care. He was gentle and kind. He didn’t burn or cut me and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I then got pink and white dip on my natural nails. He used a technique I had never seen and I love the results. I will be back. I decided to try Peace Nails. This salon is brand new. My technician Adam was patient and meticulously removed my full set of acrylic nails with care. He was gentle and kind. He didn’t burn or cut me and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I then got pink and white dip on my natural nails. He used a technique I had never seen and I love the results. My technician was Kim and she did an excellent job! She checked in with me throughout the process to make sure I was happy with everything and was very friendly and gentle. She also cleaned my brows up super quick and now they look great! I tried Peace Nails on a whim as a walk-in and even though I wanted 3 services (mani/pedi and brow wax) they were able to accommodate me immediately. My technician was Kim and she did an excellent job! She checked in with me throughout the process to make sure I was happy with everything and was very friendly and gentle. She also cleaned my brows up super quick and now they look great! My advice would be go and ask for Kim!

Critical: ProfessionalismArrived at 3:30 on a Friday afternoon (their hours are 9-6). Since there was only one vehicle in the parking lot, and their sign says Walk-Ins Welcome, I decided to go in for a manicure/pedicure. When I entered I saw no customers, but saw three nail technicians, including the one at the desk. As I approached the desk, he very dryly asked if he could help me. I showed him my hands and said I was interested in getting my nails done. He asked, “Do you have an appointment?” I told him I did not and asked if I needed one. He said yes as he proceeded to open his appointment book. I immediately knew I would not be interested in doing business with Peace Nails. Because I needed my nails done that day, I told him I would have to go somewhere else, thanked him and left. Perhaps they wanted to close up shop early because it was slow, I’m not sure why else they wouldn’t take my business as a walk in, when clearly they were not busy. Arrived at 3:30 on a Friday afternoon (their hours are 9-6). Since there was only one vehicle in the parking lot, and their sign says Walk-Ins Welcome, I decided to go in for a manicure/pedicure.
