Positive: QualityI’m so glad I took a chance. Them reviews scared me. A little unprofessional and disorganized because they are doing renovations on their actual shop. So your in a small studio. Girl didn’t give the color I asked for & I had to advise her of my length they heard me & executed my request but my Senegalese twist came out absolutely beautiful. The girl that barely speaks English did a great job. Flawless!! It’s not your typical braiding shop experience due to the Reno… but if you don’t care. I’m so glad I took a chance. Them reviews scared me. A little unprofessional and disorganized because they are doing renovations on their actual shop. So your in a small studio. Girl didn’t give the color I asked for & I had to advise her of my length they heard me & executed my request but my Senegalese twist came out absolutely beautiful. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI had the BEST experience here. There was NO WAIT, here and her daughter have a great method, there was NO tension on my hair, which was a fear of mine, I had the knotless box braids( not too small or too thick) done. It wasn’t heavy hair she used, and did a phenomenal job. For someone who DOESN’T like to wait this was a great experience. I’ve spent more time in regular salons, it wasn’t crowded where some people over book and she took me as a walk in. I searched All day for a place that would be able to do what I needed. This was a GREAT PLACE. Get your hair done here you won’t be disappointed!!!!!!!!!!! I will be a permanent customerI had the BEST experience here. There was NO WAIT, here and her daughter have a great method, there was NO tension on my hair, which was a fear of mine, I had the knotless box braids( not too small or too thick) done. Positive: Professionalism, QualityI had to leave a review because I see some of these bad experiences people have had. I have been going to this shop on and off since 2017, most recently this year (actually went back yesterday)I have already went twice for individual braids.The owner (Ya Ya) I have never had a problem with.She is nice, considerate, she works with your hair, doesn’t braid tight, and the braids come out nice and neat. I don’t know about the other braiders who may work there because each time I’ve been it’s only been Ya Ya and her daughter, I have had positive experiences and my hair has grown.Thanks Ya Ya I’ll be back again.I had to leave a review because I see some of these bad experiences people have had. Critical: QualityI went in excited and left out disappointed. They cut my hair and when questioned, they were super rude. I asked for them to fix my braid and she told me the woman who could fix it wasn’t there yet and I could come back later. They refused to give me my money back but said I could get store credit. Worse experience ever!
