Went in today and got a very simple design on my SNS and it came out to $80! I was so shocked bc I’ve always only paid $55-60 for nails w a design. Subpar work and extremely overpriced (though I think they make up different prices depending on the customer). Extremely disappointed and will def not recommend anyone to this place! They did not do the pedicure the way it normally is done. Didn’t cut my cuticles, no massaging, water didn’t even cover my feet and was cold. Asked for more water in which I got maybe one more inch and still didn’t cover my feet. No cleaner, no bubble….nothing. Absolute worst pedicure I’ve EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!!!!!! Don’t waste your time and money like I did.

The lady who did my nails was the sweetest. My son was sleeping in my arms when we came in and she offered the pedi chair and gave him a pillow ❤️ the shop is very pretty and clean. And they dont push the gel polish, like all the other shops are doing now. 10 out of 10 recomend. Acrylic nails

I had to eyebrows done by the last. She waxed the front of my eyebrows where they naturally start off. My eyes are no longer aligned with the shape of my eyeball. I can’t believe this. I’ll never go here again and I’ll have to wait two months or more to allow my eyebrows to grow back. Waxing

This place is awful!! Worst pedi experience I’ve ever had!! Would never go back. Keep trying to “up sell” me, when I said no, just a regular pedi, all she did was rush through it and kept talking her native language to her coworkers. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE… Pedicure

They do a pretty good job but the wait is extremely long. I find that the women are very rough with the service, although I don’t believe it’s intentional. Overall I think the salon lacks creativity because I’ve been discouraged to get a design or do something different. It’s just not a relaxing experience & that’s the most important part. I like to feel pampered & like I’m paying to relax & enjoy but I didn’t get that experience at all at any of my visits. They do a decent job but I probably won’t return.

First time visiting, as I’m looking for a good nail shop. The customer service here is LACKING! Not welcoming at all. I waited over 30 minutes before any of the techs acknowledged me. I was never told a wait time. A nail tech walks over just as I’m about to leave and fills the foot spa with water. I decided to stay since I was crunched for time and it’d take me a while to find another salon. However, after putting my feet into the water, I waited another 20-30 minutes before someone started working on my feet! The techs lacked serious people skills and spent more time talking to each other in their native language than they did speaking with the customers. I was also told my pedicure would cost more than the price indicated on the chart given to me. I asked if that was because they included gratuity (which would be fine) and he acted like he didn’t understand me. Frustrated by the language barrier, I simply paid. I just wanted to get out of there! I saw several other women walk in and have the same experience. An hour wait time is NOT acceptable and customers should be told in advance how long it’ll take so THEY can make the choice as to whether they have that much time to waste. Even if I didn’t wait long, I wouldn’t go back simply based off the bad vibes and terrible customer service. I gave two stars ONLY because my feet looked good and I wanted to be fair.
