horrible, rude and she told me one price over the phone then changed it in person, they were acting defensive when i was minding my my business otp while my sister got her nails done, felt racially motivated, then the nails were ugly so ugly! they told me to pay before and i’ve never heard that before cause what if the nails are ugly ? my sister told her to fix the nail and she ignored her then it start bleeding

Got my nails done on Tuesday. Gel manicure. Owners daughter was not happy to be doing nails and it showed in attitude and work. Thursday two nails chipped. Went in Saturday for repair owner reluctantly repaired nails after waiting for her to service two other customers. There’s plenty of other nail shops charging same prices with better service and more pleasant experience

I have been going to this salon for many years. For a bit of time I had to stop going. The salon is clean. The woman is friendly. She does EXCELLENT work. If your nail breaks the next day she will fix for no charge. I highly recommend this place. Appointment needed later in the day, not so much during day or early in the week.

Owner was nice and all but she hurt my nails so bad. Was way to rough. Gave me attitude when I asked to shorten my other thumb as it was way to long compared to the other. Then she shortened it too much and shortened the other. The rest of my nails are longer than my thumbs now. Still look good for the most part but my nails were still sticky when I left. I will never come here again due to the fact that she took way too long, hurt me and continued to be rough and I was scammed out if my money even though she told me she wasnt gonna charge me for the shape if my nails.

When I went in i ask for a Gel refill and the Lady that was there said ok but then when she was doing my nails decided that she was going to use arcrylic Instead I told her when she took it out that may nails were gel and that I wanted the gel refill she kept telling me no the arcrylic was better I got tiered of arguing and 3 days later my nails are lifting. Waste of money.Never again will I go there.
