I LOVE Passion Nails! They took us in, a wedding party on short notice, and went above and beyond to accommodate all last-minute, unplanned, special requests from each of us in the party for mani/pedis. They were all so gracious, and took EXCEPTIONAL care of us all, pampering and ensuring we were all happy with our individual results. They do excellent work, are competitively priced, and go the extra mile for their customers. I HIGHLY recommend, and I’m changing up to make them my regular nail place, even though further from my home, it’s entirely worth it!

This is the new go-to spot for me and my mom. They do a fantastic job and have great customer service. They take walk-ins but they’re in such high demand I recommend making a reservation. Even with how popular they are, they remember their clients’ names, which is a nice touch.

The customer service wasn’t good. I asked for them to change my manicure gel because the design looked bad. The rest of the time there I felt uncomfortable and there was a weird tension. As customer service being a part of this job, I would think that me asking for my nails to look good to not be such a big deal. Once, they did fix my nails, they rushed through it and bits of clear gel was stuck to my fingers. It wasn’t even busy this Sunday I went and I had time to wait. if you are at this place, better ask for something simple. Not only will they make you feel uncomfortable, but also rush through the changes.

Quick and efficient and well done. They’re not going to pamper you, but the nails are done well and cleanly, and my pedicure is still looking perfect after 2 weeks, which is the longest I’ve never had a pedicure last for tbh, so well worth the reasonable price.

So so SOOOO happy I finally found this shop! I tried several others in and around San Rafael, but it wasn’t until I met the fabulous women at Passion Nails (especially my girls, Vivien ❤ and Amy ❤) that I felt I’d found MY place! The pedicures here are amazing, as are the gel manicures, and everybody here is friendly and quick, but not at the expense of doing shoddy work!

It’s hit or miss here, I’ve had one nail tech do a great job with a pedicure and another just very carelessly file my fingernails unevenly while speaking to her colleagues the whole time. My daughter had her cuticle cut/bleed. With all the competitors out there, I’m choosing to try a new place next time.
