I have worked at KRAVE for over a year now. Marty truly cares about her employees, and is someone you can confide in. She also goes above and beyond to help someone out- clients and employees. I know that no matter what, Marty wants what is best for me and will do anything to help me reach a goal. Even though I won’t be working here forever, as I am in college and will be graduating in May, Marty and the massage therapists will always be cheering me on. I get to experience everyday how much everyone here truly cares about their clients. I have met so many people while working here and have built relationships that will last a lifetime.

I have had many services here, but this last experience will never have me coming back. The message was great and the workers are awesome. My husband got me a message bundle on a gift card. When I called and gave them my gift card information they charged it wrong and I ended up having to pay for more services then the bundle. My frustration comes from the fact that I specifically asked for help scheduling a bundle and then they charged me wrong and gave me the wrong services. If you are going to have a bundle then make sure that when you pull up the gift card you are charging the client the correct amount.
