This place deserves more 5 star reviews than any place I have ever been for anything. The services are immaculate, the professionalism is first rate— but it’s the people that put this place over the top. The women who work at this salon are phenomenal!! In particular, the woman who does all of my services, nails, toes and eyelashes. Her name, and your next best friend, is Clara. She is more fantastic than a small google review could let on. She’s been doing services for my mom for years, literally years, because she won’t go to anyone else, but now I am seeing her too and she is incredible. She treats me like a daughter and takes better care of me than I could pay her to. Let me tell you how out of the ordinary she is— she knows where I go to school, what I’m studying there, she knows the name of my boyfriend and what he studies at school, she knows as much about me as the people that I am close to in my life. When was the last time you could say that about anyone in the salon business? Probably never. Because you can’t pay for the kind of care, kindness, and genuine concern that she exhibits to everyone she meets. Clara is more than the woman who takes care of my eyelashes and my nails. She is a dear friend to my mom and to me. If you’re looking for a spa, try Paradise, but if you go there and don’t work with Clara, you’ve made a terrible mistake.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The girls at the front desk are extremely rude and brush you off when you ask any questions. My two girls got almost identical designs. One was charged $5 one was charged $10. Extra money is not the issue. But the fact that there is no explanation other than the technicians get to decide what to charge you is unacceptable. I also had to argue with the technician that my 11-year-old daughter should not have been charged $30 for an adult pedicure. I have given this place a few chances. I will never step foot back inside. Work on your customer service.

I’ve been wanting to try this place for some time and finally did today. Probably the worst pedicure I have ever gotten. To start with, the girl doing my pedi spent the ENTIRE time talking to her co worker sitting next to us, looking and laughing (which always makes you feel uncomfortable when they are speaking a different language ) the massage was less then Satisfactory and the polish job (a French so you know how precise it needs to be) was even worse. I had to come home and take it off and polish myself. Safe to say, I will NEVER go back to Paradise nails and will NEVER refer anyone there. So annoying.

I went for a pedicure and dip powder manicure with a friend. My toenail was cut too short and started bleeding. My nails are uneven and messy. Worse of all when buffing my nails the skin around them was also buffed. I was left with nails that look terrible and sore fingers. It has been two days and my skin is getting purple and puffy. I am worried the cuts around my nails are infected. I can not recommend this place. My friend and I were sat separately despite booking together and asking to be sat together. The staff kept forgetting what we were scheduled to get, and we were left waiting multiple times. Neither of us were happy with the finished product. Though luckily my friend left uninjured.

I have been doing powder gel (sns) for the past 5 years. I’ve recently moved from queens/Long Island area. I read the reviews and they were mixed messages so I decided to give this place a try myself before I judge. Lily was awesome on my pedi but she has no experience doing mani. I started at 9:30 and I didn’t walk out until 12:45 because she messed up my nails so much. She kept removing and fixing. I think due to the alcohol she kept using, my cuticles around my nail was burning and next day or two, it was bleeding. I got bright red for Chinese new year but she messed up so bad that there’s white swirls. I’m not sure what she did but terrible that they would even let her perform if she is not equipped too. She never used the machine to file my nails to proper shape. I complained but all they said was sorry. They wanted me to stay and redo it but I already was there 3 hours. It was a Saturday. I have a life and plans. I have no time to sit there for ppl to mess up and redo. Plus she made me pay full price. Just very disappointed in the service.

Very pleased with my manicure. The cold weather and washing hands so much does a job to my hands and nails. Michelle took her time and did a nice job. I wasn’t looking for anything fancy.

I went for a pedicure with my mother for her birthday. Both our technicians were very nice but we weren’t completely satisfied with the experience we received. It appears as though our technicians were new and I understand there can be a bit of a learning curve. We spoke with management and they were eager to make sure that we were happy with our service. I’m glad they were willing to hear about our experience, I have enjoyed coming here for years. I look forward to coming back for a Mother’s Day pedicure.

They really do a great job on your nails and have many options for nail colors, even gels that match the toes. The staff are professional and curious. If you want a spur of the moment manicure this isn’t the place. But it’s worth the wait

They did a great job with my basic manicure but when it chipped the next day the staff were not accommodating when I asked to have the single nail repaired. It chipped as I was on the way to a family reunion out of state and I asked to pop by quickly for the one nail. The woman on the phone told me I would need an appointment and the next one was in an hour and fifteen minutes. My husband and dog and all our luggage were all literally in the car, we were on our way. So instead of running into the salon quickly, I ran home quickly and packed my nail polish bag. Guess I’ll be removing the manicure I just paid for and doing it again myself in a different color while at the family reunion. I’ll also mention they seem to have like 10-20 nail techs. Thanks for that experience Paradise!
