Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI literally called them, today, the day of, to get medium/large sized box braids done because my schedule wouldn’t allow for me to fit my normal person in. I was panicking because I’m hosting my son’s bday party this weekend. Anywho, no other clients were there when I came in at 2pm. 2 ladies started on my head and completed my hair in 2 1/12 hours. That alone is worth their price. I literally called them, today, the day of, to get medium/large sized box braids done because my schedule wouldn’t allow for me to fit my normal person in. I was panicking because I’m hosting my son’s bday party this weekend. Anywho, no other clients were there when I came in at 2pm. 2 ladies started on my head and completed my hair in 2 1/12 hours. Love my hair, made sure I was set with my appointment a week ahead and double checked with her two days before to make sure we were on the same page and boom, in there, no wait, had my hair done in a matter of 3 hours. I can’t complain at all, it’s been years since I have had braids, and I had a very good experience here and if I plan on getting braids again, would come back. Thank you Dela!

I called to get hair done on 05/14/22. The lady I spoke with said come at 3pm. I got there at 2:50pm. The braider said we can’t take you we already have people waiting. I’m saying to myself why didn’t you say that when I called at 12.30pm. Then one of the ladies laughed. Braider wasn’t on the phone!!!!!! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Very, very unprofessional!!!!!!!!

They are the best!!! I get compliments everywhere I go about my hair. I’ve been going here about a year now, and I have no complaints. The consistency is there, the size is there, and the pricing is very good in this area. Very affordable. I tell them what I want or show them a picture and it is brought to life. I’ve been sending people here since I started going, because I’ve went other places for years and none have topped this one as far as braids. I wear braids 8 months out of the year, and I know braids and they do an amazing job here. You won’t regret trying them and becoming a customer.

As 1st time clients it was a wonderful experience, I made the appointment for my 13 year daughter we arrived early(better to be on time than late) they immediately started on her hair, so we were out earlier than expected. The Salon was very professional and extremely comfortable found myself dozing off a few times. Needless to say this will not be our last visit. Thanks for the Wonderful Service and the Amazing Work on her braids!
