Incredible experience!!! I read the great reviews about the Paradigm Salon & Company which prompted me to make an appointment for a haircut and highlights. It was such an excellent decision. The salon and personal are fabulous!! The services offered are too numerous to list. Tara, my stylist, is amazing!!! She has truly mastered her craft. Tara asked, genuinely listened and delivered, exceeding my expectations. Tara and her associate Courtney, were great fun! I was so excited about the outcome of my hair that I left the salon feeling like a million bucks. Thank you very much Tara and Courtney! I am looking forward to my next appointment. Kacy is awesome! She provided a very relaxing and clean environment. Prior to our facial, she gave me an extensive complimentary skin consultation. She looked over the products I was currently using and gave recommendations for what could be better suited for my skin type. After the facial my skin was so soft and smooth! I wanted to have my hair cut to donate. I was very nervous because #1: I was having a foot of hair cut off and #2: I wanted to make sure it was done properly for donation. The staff made me feel very confident in their expertise. Wonderful service with Aleasha! She listened to my hair concerns and went above and beyond. I came in for highlights and left with healthier thicker feeling hair (as well as fabulous highlights). I loved that she broke down everything she recommended doing before hand and suggested products that would help make my hair healthier rather then products that just addressed superficial problems (like volume for my thin hair). The salon itself is very clean, quiet and inviting. Autumn was very sweet as well, she greeted me, rang me out and made sure I was set up for my next appointment, which I look forward to!

Morgan was fantastic!! I had such a good experience for my first time at the salon. I love my nails. Bailey did a great job on my sister in laws nails too! We both got shellac manicures. They had a great selection of shellac colors. They were both so kind and did a wonderful job. The ladies took their time and didn’t hurt either of us one bit; very gentle. We’ll be back for sure! I really enjoyed my first visit! The salon is beautiful and has a fun but calm vibe. Aleasha was awesome to work with. She asked me what I wanted done to my hair and and she also gave her suggestions. Aleasha did a great job making me feel comfortable and the experience enjoyable. She gave a great shampoo, my hair cut turned out great, and the appointment flew by from all the great small talk. The whole experience was a 10/10 and it definitely won’t be my last visit to Paradigm Salon!

The Paradigm is a beautiful place to visit to be pampered. Aleasha is such a nice young Lady. She greeted me with a smile and was very excited to meet me . She shared her ideas for treating and styling my hair but most importantly she told me how to keep it healthy and recommended products to purchase that were on display. She asked questions about my hair, my hobbies, my family and also shared a little about hers. She used products specific to my Afro-American hair type which is thick, curly, wavy and a little kinky and massaged them into my scalp, almost putting me to sleep. My hair looks and feels amazing. I am a Happy Customer and I highly recommend Aleasha. I am thankful to have met her and I can’t wait for my next appointment. Thank you!
